She told me that the only thing I could return was the boots since the dress was "dirty" (mind you i've never worn the dress!!) and my two belts were considered jewelry which apparently is final sale (I checked and no where in the jewelry section was a final sale sign and my receipt did not show final sale). On the plus side, I did call customer service and they were extremely helpful and said the cashier was WRONG and I could return the belts and the dress.
