The woman ahead of me in line was also talked to in a tone and demeanour that was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Do better my guy, it really isn't that hard to show a little kindness and respect in your customer interactions. I would like to say that everyone else I have ever interacted with at this FedEx has been lovely, in particular the manager. Let this not be a reflection on them in anyway.

It is very much my thing to pet cute dogs). We needed to have our wedding table map printed, so it was a fairly simple but SUPER important (to us) job. We shopped around and got price quotes from 2-3 places, and Yellowdog was the cheapest but also the speediest with their reply. Once we told them we wanted to proceed, they started immediately and emailed us when it was ready to pick up. The whole thing was seamless and, again, puppers in the lobby. I wish I still lived in Denver, because I have tons of stuff printed at the big chains back in DC and it is always a pain and so expensive. Yellowdog made things easy and did a fabulous job--and didn't cost an arm and a leg. The storefront is kind of behind the Home Depot so use your GPS as it's easy to miss.

I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. I will absolutely use them again and again. Thank you, YellowDog!

I've made this analogy before but it doesn't make it any less true. When I come here, I feel like I'm the lead character in The Truman Show. Ya know, that Jim Carrey movie from the late 90's? It's like people are paid to be nice to me. To wait on my hand and foot. To treat me like royalty. That's what these two dudes bring to the table. I've only seen these gents working here. They somehow manage to never break a sweat. Phrases like, "thank you," "no problem," "you got it," "my pleasure" come to mind. These guys deserve every star in the book. In this case, five. The former owners and staff were consistently gracious and friendly. Unfortunately, the experience has changed significantly under the new ownership. The service feels mediocre at best, and the added charges--such as $2 to print a return label and another $2 just to use their tape to seal a small box unless you purchase a full roll--make customers feel nickel-and-dimed. For better service and a more customer-friendly experience, I'd recommend going to UPS or FedEx instead.
