Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! My only gripe is that if you have a large haul and need to park near the sorting area, good luck. The entrance sort of shares the same one with the next door gas station, so it can get clogged if a person is parked. Otherwise, if no one's around, you're good. There is parking in the back if needed

I had Furkat and his crew and from start to finish everything was smooth!! I didnt have to say much to these guys; they knew how to hustle and make things seamless and efficient! Moving is much like planning a funeral as it's tedious and depressing. These guys know how to take the weight off! I packed heavy boxes and these guys didn't flinch! We hit stairs at the new place and they really stood out! I paid 179 and hour in cash for 3 guys and a truck. My move was done in 5 hours!! I tipped them all 120$ each because they busted their ass! I manage apartment buildings and they will forever have my business as well as my referrals. Thank you sooooo much Furkat!

I have moved several times in the last five years and always used movers. I may not want (or even be able) to do it on my own, but I know what it should look like. And this was not it. I asked for two movers. I moved out of a 1 bedroom apartment and I didn't even take all of the furniture with me. Three movers showed up. I was worried they would charge me extra but they kept the two man rate. And rightly so because the third guy hardly did anything at all. As for the other two, one was a very hard worker and was busting his butt, but the second guy was much slower and did a lot of delegating to the first guy. It took them nearly 4 hours to get my already packed things loaded onto the truck. In addition to being slow, they also seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Most movers cover your furniture with blankets and wrap it up to protect it. These guys wrapped it in plastic wrap, if at all. I still don't understand how that's going to protect my desk if they drop it. And when it came to moving the couch, they acted like they'd never moved one before! They kept complaining about how heavy it was. I had to explain three times that it was a sleeper sofa and that they should probably take the cushions off before they move it. I've had the same couch for years, no other movers ever had any trouble with it. And to top it off, they were incredibly careless with all of my boxes. Even the ones labelled in big red marker as "FRAGILE!" and "GLASS/FRAGILE!!!!". Several of my boxes were crushed because they put the heaviest boxes on top of the lightest ones. I've never been so concerned for my belongings during a move. When it came to unloading the truck into the new place, they were just as slow! Only the one guy was actually trying to get my stuff in the right room in a timely manner. At hour 7 (for a 1 bedroom apartment's worth of belongings, mind you) I asked them if they were nearly done and when they would be wrapping up. It was really starting to worry me how slowly they were going, were they trying to price gouge me because it's an hourly rate? It sure seemed like it!! Once I asked this question, the two less helpful guys became incredibly rude towards me. (Again, the third guy was super nice and professional, and he was the only one actually working hard) It was just a very stressful, unprofessional experience. When I moved 1 year ago with the same stuff, 2 movers got the whole move done in less than 5 hours. And that included a 60 minute drive. This time, it took nearly 8 hours. And to top off the whole day, they broke part of my couch!!! And instead of telling me about it, they shoved the broken piece into the bottom of an open box and left it there for me to find. I'll say it again, I have never been less satisfied with a moving company. This is a scam and you should absolutely NOT use them for your move. Worst experience ever!!
