We used them for a mail forwarding service through anytime mailbox and it was a nightmare! They never forwarded mail unless we asked if we had mail and then the pics would come in blurry! Seriously, the worst service we've experienced! These were legal documents! They cannot wait! #neveragain I'm attaching a 'scan' they sent. I have not blurred it for privacy. Nice to be able to drop a package off every once & a while. They'll accept my FedEx Air & FedEx Ground, Non-Int'l USPS boxes over 13oz & UPS packages no problem. They also have some cute things for sale that I always browse through while I'm there. The worst thing is parking, but that's not Express' fault. I live in Park Place and was happy to learn of a mail service place nearby. I read their review with hopes that this could be a regular business i would frequent. Unfortunately this is not the case. The owner made a petty last minute decision to charge me $1 to tape my prepaid postage label to my box.... Something that has never happened b4. I questioned him and his response, and i quote, "i need to make something to get out of my chair and walk over here". I could not believe my ears. My experience was a polar opposite of his meet the owner information. With that one second off the cuff decision he lost all future potential business he would have made on Fed Ex shipments and shipping supplies. By business will be going elsewhere. read more

Short and sweet, this place offers great fast reliable service. I used to work right by here and still come in to avoid the hassle of the post office in Irvine. They have good pricing and the guy here is always helpful. A little bit of advice if you are dropping off a package here to be picked up drop it off early as USPS stops here pretty early in the day. read more

I came here on a Monday morning to get my fingerprints done. The guy working behind the counter with glasses made it very clear that it was a Monday morning and hated his job. It's hard to rate a mailbox place, because lets face it, postage type stuff is not all that exciting or sexy, but here's the thing. I came here to get fingerprinted for a job. I had an appointment and dumb me somehow got it in my mind that it was at 2pm and not 1pm. Now my instructions clearly say that if you do not show up for your appointment you are charged for it and have to make another one, so I was freaking out when I realized I had missed it. I finally found this place (if you are following google maps it's a little bit funky but it is in the corner of the shopping center when Ruth's Chris and the Counter are) I rushed in and the guy working there was super nice. He said it was not a problem that I was late. He took me right away, got me all fingerprinted in about 5 minutes and I was on my way. So yes, I am giving a mailbox place 5 stars, but hey, it was a good experience, and that is what 5 starts are for. read more

I used the notary service and was impressed by the quality of service and the reasonable prices. The staff was very courteous and patient, something that isn't found too often in a busy mail services environment. If you work in Irvine and are in a pitch to mail something, print something or have something nortaized, it's a great option. Call ahead though to make sure the nortary is at the store. read more

This place advertises that they do finger prints with no appointments. Come to find out, they only do digital finger prints. No ink prints. Wish I would have know that before wasting my time. Also, the parking is horrible to deal with. read more

Jeff is great! I came in to get my screen fixed. I was nervous because it was 45 mins before they closed and i didn't call. He was very inviting and didn't turn me away due to the time. He was very friendly and accommodating and was able to replace the screen on my phone in a timely fashion. Not to mention he did a great job and it looks brand new! I've been dropping off my rent here for about three years, and while I usually found the owner somewhat intimidating, it's become apparent from reading his responses on Yelp that he may only appear gruff/brusque, not that he's actually annoyed with me when I come in, ha. The customer service was great, fast and friendly. I was a little worried about the price of sending something somewhere other than the post office, but all went well. The price seemed very reasonable to me and I liked having the options of usps, ups, or fedex. The lack of a line and the amount of other services they offer makes this place my new go to place for shipping. I think I will move my mailbox there because they sort out the junk mail for you, are way more convenient than the post office. They have a lot of retail stuff that was pretty nice too and I was even able to drop my iphone off there and they replaced my broken screen, talk about one stop shopping, because i had been carrying the broken thing around for at least two weeks. They say they offer notary services, which I have not used, but I think it was only $10 a signature and you don't have to worry if the notary will be there or not because it is the guy who runs the place. p.s. this is the same place that used to me called Mail Boxes Etc, but is now called Xpress Mailboxes read more
