AJ is amazing! I called him to request a quote and he came within 30 mins. I was able to install a new lock almost 75% of the way myself, but had trouble figuring out why the strike would not engage the latch. He troubleshooted it quickly and I found out that the strike required part of the existing metal to be sawed off in order for the latch to secure it. He did it all within 20 mins. I had the pleasure of working with AJ who created a duplicate key fob and key for my Prius. He was able to provide an estimate within a couple hours of me requesting one out and came out for the job the same day.
