TLDR; I'm just a girl. All jokes aside, I went to the carwash and locked myself out of my car as I was trying to vacuum my car! Very impressed, tonight after getting home we went to unlock our door and the key snapped off in the lock. Luckily I was able to remove the piece of key. I had the pleasure of working with AJ who created a duplicate key fob and key for my Prius. He was able to provide an estimate within a couple hours of me requesting one out and came out for the job the same day.
