Imagine my dismay to come home after a long day, put my key in the front door only to have it spin around uselessly. The deadbolt wouldn't open! I was literally locked out with two kids, an armload of groceries and dusk swiftly coming on. Plus now someone has to potty. Great. Xpress is right! My front door bolt got jammed (it is decades old) and I can't get out from the front door. After I send them the pictures of the lock inside and outside, he came in less than 30 minutes, no appointment needed. When he got here, he opened the bolt (which for the life of me couldn't figure out how to open to get to the inside) and changed out the lock in a few minutes. My door, like typical California houses, is actually misaligned due to years of temperature changes from hot-cold-ho-cold. He fixed the alignment for me. Offered service to rekey the new keys on the spot to match my old keys. He cleaned up professionally after he's done. I got myself locked out after a run. Roommate was traveling, couldn't figure out any other way to get in.
