Mona the store manager was so friendly and helpful, as was Kevin who was the one helping me to get everything fixed. They replaced the SIM card and made sure that it was updated and that my phone was in working order before I left the store. Would absolutely recommend this store.

He paid $60 as a down payment and when finally he got upset at them, he told them to give him a refund and his iPad back. The manager said the contracted out those services to another man and they could not find him. But husband told them that they were responsible for his iPad and they denied it. It took my husband calling the cops to threaten to press charges for theft before the management would take action to get his iPad back. Needless to say, we got it back, got our refund but iPad was still not fixed!! Don't come here!! They're crooks!
