The set up is a little awkward. When you walk in there, there's very little space between the door and the host station. The seating is very tight. Also, many of the tables and chairs were very worn which was surprising given this as a fairly new restaurant. The food itself was very good. Club vibes (be prepared for music that'll drown out your conversations) with fine dining and an expansive cocktail menu. I'd give Xperience a 3.5 out of 5. Let's start with the positives. There is a parking lot, which makes things easier, and the aesthetics are really nice. The place definitely looks good and has a vibe to it. However, everything felt a bit overpriced for me. We went for brunch, and the first thing presented to us was a buffet-style option. I actually had to ask questions just to find out there was a regular brunch menu available. The drinks were honestly a bit absurd, ranging from $17 to $28. On top of that, the music was so loud that we could barely hear our waitress, which took away from the experience. The food itself was good, but nothing really stood out as amazing. Everything was just... good. I also mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, but somehow everyone around us received a big birthday celebration, while we didn't. If you're looking for a good time and good food, you definitely want to try Xperience. The restaurant is conveniently found in a small shopping center with plenty of parking available for free. The restaurant is well designed with booths as well as tables for groups and a large bar area with a DJ. We went on a Wednesday night so the atmosphere was chill and there weren't a lot of people. There also seems to be an area available for private parties or a large groups. As we walked in, we were greeted promptly by the hostess as shown to a table. Our server, Vivi og was very nice and she was quick to take our order and bring drinks to the table. We were also greeted by Jazz who was very friendly and asked us what we were celebrating. We told her that we were celebrating our birthdays and she certainly hooked us up and made sure that we really enjoyed our first time at the restaurant. We ordered several different dishes, off of the happy hour menu. Among our favorites was the coconut shrimp, the chicken dumplings, the fried cauliflower, the Yuuka fries, and the wings. Upon arrival the entrance was jammed pack, people standing everywhere making it hard to access the hostess. After about 5mins after people scattered we were able to check in. The establishment is in a strip mall that is located in a place where you wouldn't expect to find an establishment like this in. Once you walk in though the "xperience" begins and is IN YOUR FACE because you immediately hear the music blasting (which is problematic when trying to talk to people at your own table lol) and the lighting and decor transports you to feeling like you're in Miami or Vegas. We made a reservation to go to Xperience on a Friday night & maybe that's where we messed up. We arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and we were told that our table wasn't ready. I had no problem with waiting an additional 30 minutes, but when we were brought to our table, it was right next to the DJ booth (so close that he could've reached over the booth and grabbed one of our drinks). We couldn't talk throughout dinner because the music was so loud but at least the DJ was good. The bathrooms were gross. There was a bathroom attendant that provided paper towels & toiletries however, the stalls weren't maintained well at all. I ordered a dirty martini to drink & salmon with mushrooms to eat. You can add drinks or go with the option which does not include drinks. We went with the option without drinks since some individuals at the table would not be drinking. The food was very good. I tried the pasta, salmon, salad, fries, chicken and the dessert which were all good. Everyone seemed to have eaten well and two people even took some food home. I had the lychee martini as my drink which was good. The server was friendly and attentive. We were seated by the DJ booth which is a bit cramped. I kept having to move my chair every time the server returned which was a bit annoying but nothing that ruined the experience. Came here for a friend's birthday brunch at the end of last month. There's a reason why this establishment is called "Xperience" because you indeed get an experience when you decide to come here. We (party of about 12) were seated directly in front of the DJ booth. This was the best seat in the house in my opinion. We had a perfect view of the large projectors and televisions that were showing the Sunday NFL games. The bar is huge and fully loaded with various alcohol to choose from. The belly dancers and saxophonist kept the place lively during the love DJ set. A majority of our table including myself ordered the steak and eggs with home fries and a side salad. The meal was delicious but the steak was small. The entire table had more than enough alcohol (mimosas and margaritas) throughout our unlimited brunch duration. I also had the yuca fries and turkey bacon as sides to go with my steak and eggs meal. It is pretty loud in here so if that's not your thing, don't come here. My experience at XPERIENCE was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. We had a reservation for 3:00 PM, yet we were not seated until after 4:00 PM, which already set a negative tone. Once we were finally seated, the service became even more unacceptable. We sat at our table for over 30 minutes without a single staff member coming over to introduce themselves, offer water, take a drink order, or even acknowledge that we were there. After waiting that long, we had to get up and go find a manager ourselves just to get assistance. Even after speaking with someone, we were told to wait again and ended up waiting another 30 minutes before anyone actually helped us. Eventually a staff member walked by and I had to stop him to ask for help. He did bring drinks and eventually some food, but by that time the experience was already frustrating. What makes this even worse is that this was supposed to be an all-you-can-eat experience with unlimited mimosas, yet during the entire time we were there we only received one round of food and one round of drinks. No one came back to check on us, refill drinks, or ask if we needed anything. We even requested water and never received it. To make matters worse, the restaurant charges $90 per person, which is outrageous considering the level of service we received. While we were trying to eat, a photographer continuously came around selling pictures for $25 per photo, and when asked about purchasing multiple pictures (about 15), there was no willingness to offer any type of bundle or discount, which felt extremely unprofessional. Between the long wait, lack of service, overpriced experience, and overall disorganization, this visit was incredibly frustrating. Came here for a friend's 40th birthday brunch on a Sunday afternoon. It's located in a strip mall and I think I got the last parking spot. The parking lot is a decent size but it was very crowded and if I didn't get that spot, I'm not sure where I would have been able to park. There's a party room in the back that seats about 28 people comfortably. We tried to squeeze someone in and that meant putting the tables together and closing the gaps in between the tables. So if someone had to go to the bathroom on the end, the whole row had to get up. That wasn't the restaurants fault because we tried to squeeze in one more person but just letting ya'll know not to do that. Stick to 28 people or under. They brought out rounds of food for the party and the food was really good. From the menu, the birthday girl chose crab cakes, French toast, waffles, fried chicken, shrimp, lamb chops, steak, eggs, and fruit. I had everything but the lamb chops. The food was seasoned and tasty. The drinks were so-so. We had carafes of Rum Punch, Margaritas, and Peach Bellinis. The drinks were not mixed well in the carafes. All the flavor was settling at the bottom. I didn't taste the Rum Punch and the Margarita just tasted like tequila. The Peach Bellini was ok, just all the peach was at the bottom, but I stuck with that. It's pretty loud in there but the DJ was good. We were dancing all around that place. I'm honestly confused why this place has such a high rating on Google compared to Yelp, here they're at 3 stars, Google 4.9. I really regret not checking Yelp before wasting my time and spending my money. Not only do they charge for reservations, but it seems to be common practice for them to be disorganized and overbooked. That 4.9 rating is definitely suspicious. They made us, and likely many others, wait over an hour on Valentine's Day, even after paying a $50 deposit days in advance! It completely killed the vibe and the mood of a very romantic night. We only finally got a seat after I lost my patience and called from the parking lot (yes, I had to call from outside because the two guys at the door just kept giving me excuses) demanding to get my deposit back because I was tired of waiting and decided to go somewhere else before every restaurant in town closed for the night. The lady on the phone first tried to tell me that there was no manager on site and that if I left I'd lose my deposit. After about 3 minutes of going back and forth with her she said she was going to speak to the manager and call me back. I got a notification about 5 minutes later telling me that my table was ready. To make things worse, one of the hosts told me he would "take care of me" inside. I'm not sure what that was supposed to mean, because I still got the full bill with zero courtesy for the trouble. To our surprise, there were actually several empty tables once we got in, including one right next to us! And as soon as we were seated we were told immediately that there was a time limit of 1.5 hours. You would think that with that restriction they would be more organized and not have such delay. The food and drinks were overrated and overpriced...ridiculously overpriced. The waitress was very nice, but this isn't about her. The skirt steak was rushed, arriving burnt and raw inside. I am not recommending this place at all. Before writing this, I checked and saw I'm not alone; many others have had the same issues. Act according to your "4.9"rating! My boyfriend and I come here every year from Brooklyn to celebrate Valentine's Day as a tradition. Sadly, after this year's experience, we are starting a new tradition elsewhere next year because the experience we had was horrible for such an expensive restaurant. We made reservations in December for Valentine's Day dinner. We received a text message on January 27th that a $50 deposit was needed to secure the reservation. The deposit would not go towards the bill and would be fully refunded upon our arrival. We paid this deposit. Also noting that we received no confirmation or communication from the restaurant on our reservation after this, no messages, nothing. I had to call multiple times to confirm our reservation. Fast forward to yesterday, Feb 14, 2026, we arrived at our 8pm reservation at 8:09pm (please note there is a 15 min grace period). You would think after paying to secure your reservation, you would be seated right away. NO. We were told upon arrival that we would have to wait 30 mins because other before ours parties came 20/30 mins late. I'm sorry, I'm from NYC and that would NEVER fly. If you are that late for your reservation, it would be automatically be cancelled, ESPECIALLY on a day like Valentine's Day. ALSO, they said they had no room in the lobby so we had to wait in our car or outside. Mind you, it's COLD right now in NJ. We told him we had no car and we had to squeeze in the lobby. We waited 30 minutes standing before we were seated. I asked the man at the door if we would be compensated for this because we paid to secure our reservation and made the reservation WELL in advance, he said he would take care of us and give us a couple free rounds of drinks to make up for it (FYI, never happened. We got one shot which we had to ask for multiple times because they didn't want to give it to us). They also were pressuring us to buy drinks, even though they promised FREE drinks. Don't get me wrong, we were well prepared so spend a pretty penny here but after this experience, we were so upset that the experience was ruined and didn't even want to be there anymore or give them any more of our money. ALSO, the deposit was NOT refunded upon arrival. I am giving them until TUESDAY 02/17 to send me my money back or I will have to report it to my bank to get my funds returned. One positive, the food was VERY GOOD. I think it's worth it outside a special occasion like Valentine's Day. I didn't like however that the starters and mains came out all at once. I believe that this was just poorly managed by management. I am really disappointed because again, we come from Brooklyn every year, book a hotel stay and all just to come to this restaurant and I feel like we would have had a better experience in NYC. I visited Xperience on a Thursday evening after work. I met a friend here for happy hour so we sat at the bar. Since it was early evening, it was pretty dead. There was maybe one or two tables of people in the building at the time. I decided to get a drink and an appetizer. I got the Un Fuego with mezcal. I really enjoyed my drink. Also, I got the Xperience Shrimp which somewhat reminds me of the bang bang shrimp at Bonefish Grill. I feel like the menu items were a bit pricey, especially for happy hour. The drinks were the best thing there. Then it was the food, which wasn't really saying much because the chicken was undercooked. Someone can get sick from that. I attended a birthday party this weekend and I was the first person there. The ladies in the front have no idea what's going on when they let you in. The one girl asked me if I was the host and I said no. She really had the nerve to ask me a second time. Clearly not the sharpest tool in the box. She didn't say anything about sitting down. There was no offer to go to the bar. There was a man there though who was nice enough to say would you like to have a seat. He even moved me to the table. Shortly after he asked if I wanted anything to drink to which I said, yes. He seemed to be the only one who understood what customer service looked like. The rest of the guests arrived, and then they tried to impose an additional fee on top of what was already paid for. Unacceptable. Also, there are people who will ask you to get up and take a picture of you. SAY NO!!! By the end of the night they come and show you all the pictures they took to sell you your pictures for $25 each. Tell me how they have the audacity to tell you that you cannot pay cash and you cannot take a picture of the picture they took of you. It's an experience I could've went without even, though I had a wonderful time with the birthday girl and all the ladies. So while they might have a beautiful atmosphere, a girl unnecessarily swinging above the bar in a hoop, and an electronic backdrop to sell this idea of a wonderful experience, it fell short. Everything tasted great, the staff was amazing, music was a nice blend of multiple genres & the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The menu is extremely diverse, which we loved. We had reservations for 6pm on a Saturday. Once we arrived our table was ready and we were seated quickly. We had Manuela as our server, she was super kind and attentive! I loved the vibes in this place; seems like people mostly go for birthdays so prepare yourself for loud music. The DJ was litt!! I did enter this place with high expectations since its so pricey! Its in a interesting location but the inside is beautiful! Overall the place was ethnically pleasing but the ladies bathroom was pretty gross We ordered garlic bread, which tasted like only parm cheese was added to it. AFGHANI STYLE CHICKEN TANDOORI and CHILEAN SEA BASS, both dishes were really good! I wish I got fried rice but overall we enjoyed our meals! Let me start by saying Xperience knows what it offers and the crowd it wants to attract. From the red carpet leading to the entrance, you walk inside you're met with flashy lights, loud music (more on that later), dancing entertainment, and people looking to have a fun night. Throughout the night we saw party bus after party bus drop off groups of people. We were told that the majority of their customers are there to celebrate a birthday. The first couple hours into our double date, it was incredibly hard to hear each other talk. At one point we asked if they could lower the music, and they did for a short time. But it went back to club levels soon thereafter. We eventually were told by management that they could move us and our food to the outside dining area where it's quieter (we wished that option had been presented to us earlier). Outside was indeed quieter but you could still hear the music inside which was nice. Our server Avianna was a rockstar all night. She went above and beyond steering us in the right direction in terms of drinks, food portions, and what sides to stay away from. While outside, Juan came to our table 3 times with complimentary shots to apologize for the inconvenience we went through. He asked us what liquor we wanted, but it didn't taste like Casamigos Reposado. We didn't question it since it was free. For drinks, I had the Ill In Ibizad, which was Don Julio Blanco, Passion Fruit, Banana Liqueur, Vanilla Bean, and Fresh Squeezed Lime. I was surprised to hear it's not ordered often, because I had 2 of them. I appreciated that the fruit flavors didn't overpower the liquor but paired well with it. As for the food, the whole fried red snapper with sweet thai chili and plantain chips was exceptional. It had the perfect crispness and the right amount of sauce to not oversaturate it. To finish the night, we ordered the Diamond desert board. Once again Avianna hooked us up by saying if we left a Google review we could get the desert for free. While the beignets we hard to truly appreciate because of their small size, the fried cheesecake and triple chocolate brownie did not disappoint. All in all, if you're looking for an entertaining night and don't mind not having conversations then I would dine inside. But if you want to hear one another I would opt for the outside area. Side note: prices are steep for certain items, a bottle of water for the table is $12, and there is a credit card processing fee. read more
