Got a one hour deep tissue massage which consisted of strong pressure as expected, along with fast movements almost the entire time. My masseuse, Cindy, was working hard with all of the rapid movement, so much that she was out of breath with this unique approach. Some may consider it rough, but my muscles can take a beating so I was fine with it even with a little pain in the process. I particularly enjoyed the leg and foot massage which focused on the outer leg and pressure points on the foot. It was effective for me. The face hole on the massage bed was slightly uncomfortable, and the temperature in the room was a bit cold with the AC running strong on a not-so-hot day, but I hung in there. I liked the music playing in the background, a combination of classical tunes and instrumental renditions of songs like Hallelujah and Ghost by Justin Bieber. Paying at the end via credit card, with a cash tip, was straightforward without any problems.

First, I was made to wait outside and then let in asked to wait for 20 mins in the room while the therapist chatted away at the desk. Businesses that dont respect and value customer time are just not worth it.

A steam, hottub and a cold plunge! They also gave us totes with robes so we could move to and fro areas. The massage was the best massage Ive ever gotten. It was a deep tissue with I believe her name was Jessica or Jesse. It was dim and very relaxing! I will say this place was pretty pricey so I'd do it for a special occasion! The only blip, and it really is a small blip is that one of the front desk ladies misheard my friend when she said she was paying for 2 of us and charged her for 3. We able to sort it out amongst ourselves (Thanks zelle lol) but they were very apologetic! I'll be sure to come back for an anniversary or something!

My massage was administered by Rebecca and was the Neuromuscular booking. It was wildly relaxing and it was clear Rebecca was well versed in the techniques and eliminating blockages in the muscles. This is from the website and Id say it was executed to a T. The practitioner targets slow, deep pressure, motion, and traction to promote release and to retrain the neuromuscular circuits into a new healthy pattern. What makes neuromassage unique is the pattern, sequence, intent, and application of the strokes as they relate to the neuromuscular connection. Neuromassage is especially helpful for clients who suffer from chronic pain or anxiety. This is very much a medicinal space so there really aren't any vibes or spa like amenities and the therapists just wear street clothes vs scrubs or uniforms. Its an older space and just one hall with rooms off the center. If youre looking for a highly trained massage therapist and there for a real health concern, I could not recommend it more.

The rooms temperature was comfortable and the blankets were soft and warm. My main review is for Sara who provided a 60 minute deep tissue massage that exceeded my expectations! Now, she isn't going to be everybody's cup of tea, especially if you're expecting a relaxing pampering massage to fall asleep. I appreciate that type of massage, but this time I came in with acute back pain. She honed in and went right to it. Honestly, at first it seemed rougher, but it was clear her expertise provided the relief I needed. I did not even mention any other pain points but as she worked, she identified three other pain areas that I've been dealing with for months. That's how I knew she has a keen understanding of how the body should move and feel, and the skill to guide my muscles/fascia back to where they should be to be able to function properly and without pain. She adjusted her technique as she felt my body could tolerate (e.g. she threw in some Thai massage technique to lengthen and stretch at the end). After 60 minutes, my pain levels reduced significantly from 7/10 to 2/10. I couldn't believe it! My heel pain of six months was gone! She is one of two therapists I've had in my life that actually healed my body's aches. If you want to be rejuvenated, I highly recommend Sara at Saigon Spa!

From the moment we walked in, everything felt wonderfully clean, calm, and inviting. The therapists provided a skilled hybrid treatment, blending deep tissue techniques with traditional Thai stretching. They expertly targeted my tight muscle, my back, shoulders, and beyond until I literally felt tension melt away. It wasn't just strong pressure; it was smart, nuanced, deeply effective work. But what truly elevated the whole experience was the birthday surprise: they presented me with a beautiful bouquet of flowers at the end of the massage. It was such a sweet, unexpected touch, genuinely touching and deeply appreciated. In short, this place delivered: * A pristine, welcoming environment * A powerful yet therapeutic massage that deftly combined deep tissue and Thai stretching--amazingly effective in loosening tight muscles * A personal, heartfelt birthday surprise that made the day even more special I'll absolutely be back--this was more than just a relaxing session for a very reasonable price; it was a birthday gift in itself.
