Some of best quality Asian food I've had in Mississippi! It sounds Ramen in their name, but I got the hibachi with fried rice and General Tso chicken. So fresh and tasty

If I could give the customer service a five star rating by itself I would! The ladies that helped us were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were completely happy with our experience. It was my first time having ramen at a restaurant, and it was so good! If you're a picky eater like me- you're able to ask for certain items to not be included in your ramen. They have their own homemade sauce at every table to enhance the flavors. My husband got the General Tso and said it was pretty good. I was also impressed with how clean everything was. I would come again!

Orange chicken, fried rice, egg roll and Thai tea

Still the best restaurant I've been to in the Jackson area. Don't know how this place isn't more busy - it is better than restaurants I've had in NYC

I'm not sure if the older, short gentleman is the owner or manager, but he is such a gem. He…read moredefinitely made my experience a good one. He's personable and likes to make jokes all while serving others. This was my first time visiting this establishment. It's a nice intimate size where there could be no seats available if it's a busy night. But it seemed like a slow night when I went so there were plenty of seats available. I also noticed that people were doing togo/pickup orders. Once I was seated, I placed my order for their Thai Tea, Crab Rangoon, and Pad See Ew (2 medium spice). While I waited on my food, I sipped my tea and noticed there was some nice jazz music playing in the background. This really helped calmed my nerves & senses as this is the kind of vibe I was needing. The Crab Rangoon was SO good! And the Pad See Ew was delicious too. The 2 medium spice was just right for me. This will likely be my new goto spot for Thai food when I'm in Jackson. Just a nice, cozy restaurant where I can enjoy my meal in peace.

The peanut sauce needs more lime or spice to it. * Panang Curry: 5/5 * Thai Zapp Soup (Chicken): 4/5: Plentiful and taste delicious but the chicken slices are not tender enough for me so will get tofu next time. * Mango Sticky Rice: 4/5: Fresh with perfect amount of ripeness. Part of the sticky rice was hard but the rest was soft and right amount of coconut cream.

I could only take one bite. I let the waitress know, and she went to get the manager and the manager only gave me $3 off because it was their "most popular dish". I literally just paid for it and left it there because you could tell that she was not wanting to have great customer service at that point.

The walls were a lovely black, with beautiful red and white lanterns hanging from the ceilings. The bar area, as well as the tables and chairs, had a touch of light wood. It was perfect for what I needed: a nice, relaxing lunch. The server came over and showed me some of the favorites on the menu. I decided on the D10, a Katsu Curry Udon, a wheat noodle with pork cutlets in a curry sauce. I love every ounce of this bowl; it was plentiful for sure. But I love how thick the curry sauce and noodles were. It was such a hearty bowl with so much flavor. I took my time, ate as much as I could, and asked for a takeout box. There's no way you can eat the whole bowl in one setting. I gathered my takeout and sat on their patio for a while. It's a nice spot hidden away on the side of the building, away from the sun. It's such a great spot for people watching and taking in the scenery. I enjoyed my lunch and my time here. I most definitely will be back. I would love to see what this place looks like at night.

My niece is crazy about the corn dogs here. But I thought my niece was saying hotdogs, but the sweet girl at the counter helped me there, sweetly saying corn dogs. So there's a funny part: I don't think I took a picture of this. But don't let this change your mind. So, I got the corn dog with the sausage. The corn dog was so good I forgot the sausage was supposed to be inside. The amount of cheese is insane, love it. The bread and the outside of the corn dog are something to write home about. It takes a lot to eat this corn dog and I'm loving every bite. But toward the very end, I bite something, and I'm like, what is this? I looked at it, holding it up, and it's the sausage. The sausage is at the very end; it is no bigger and no longer than your baby finger. So don't go there thinking you will have a full sausage. But you would probably be like me, so carried away with the taste of the corndog and forget there is supposed to be a sausage. I brought this up to my niece, and before I could finish, she told me the story, hollering and laughing. I must add, its a charming place too!

Met a couple of friends here for the buffet after our first restaurant choice was closed. It was…read morethe first time any of us has been here. The location was decently decorated and seemed to be clean and it wasn't too noisy for our table of four to eat and have conversation without competing with neighboring tables overall, a fantastic experience, price and value were definitely good. After looking over the menu, I was impressed with the selection of meat and vegetables included in the buffet, more than similar Korean buffets I have been to. I also liked the number of available sauces to further season the food. Service was fast and efficient. We were seated quickly and our drink order was taken and filled shortly afterward. Staff was really friendly and helpful when we had questions. Soon, our order of meats and veggies arrived and the cooking began. The containers tend to take a fair amount of space on the already small tables so keep that in mind if you order a wide variety of meats. We had to stack the containers as we cooked the meat but the server removed them pretty quickly. One really neat feature of the tables I enjoyed was a plate warmer at each seat location, at least in the booths. That helped keep the cooked meat warm while waiting for the other cooking food to complete. Very nice touch. I will definitely return the next time. I'm in town.

It includes cooked starters such as rice, noodles, spicy chicken, spring rolls, wontons, gyoza, etc.. and many protein and veggie options to cook yourself. The beef bulgogi and flank steak were awesome! Shrimp was nice and fresh. The meat is already marinated, but there is also a spice and sauce bar in case you want to take it up a notch. I put a mixture of green onion, minced garlic and cilantro on the beef **chef's kiss**. Note: Other than the short rib, they give you a hefty portion of meat per selection. I suggest maybe ordering 1 or 2 meats per person and if you want more or to try something different later, request it at that time because there is a $13 per lb up-charge for wasting food. Price for the all-you-can-eat buffet is $30.99pp (at the moment). Yakiniku does have lunch specials, value packages for groups, bento boxes, and options if you don't want to cook yourself, but that is really part of the experience and it's super easy. Ambiance is family-friendly, good for groups. Overall, I loved it! A few things that I think would provide a better experience: - If the servers clean or switch out the grill like at other KBBQ spots once it gets dry or too charred. You could probably just request this though. - Different tongues or handlers for each meat instead of one since you're dealing with raw meat (and maybe some sanitizing wipes at the table).

Our waiter was extremely polite and very attentive. I can only speak in the items I personally tried the watermelon jalapeño margarita was a 7.5/10. There wasn't a strong watermelon flavor and there really wasn't a kick from the jalapeño. The bartender wasn't definitely not shy with the liquor but it wasn't over powering. The shrimp and crab ceviche was probably a 8/10 ( could've been a 9/10 but it had cucumbers in it). It had a tad bit too much lime juice or lime taste. The shrimp and crab dip was delicious! 9/10. Fresh chips as well. I really enjoyed the pickled red onion addition was really good. Overall Saltine has a great menu selection, warm and welcoming vibe.

Also got the lobster and crawfish dip ok and one can never go wrong with calamari which was also good. For dinner, I had the salmon and grits and kale. It was ok because not quite what I was expecting - I was expecting spicy and it was too sweet for me but might be my fault for not fully reading the description and being focused on the Cajun seared aspect of it. It was still good though. Nothing superb but filling and loved the crunchy kale on top. Really liked that they were open on a Monday and they were fast. At one point, too fast because one of my co- diner's dinner came too soon while still eating their salad. For dessert, we got the cinnamon roll cheesecake and shared it. I only had one bite because it was too rich for me but it was very tasty and good. Unfortunately, we didn't get the oysters which is THE item to get here but it was otherwise a good visit.
