The initial phone call just to find that out took over an hour. What if I had to get to work during the next service windows? I would have needed to go 3 or 4 days before getting it fixed. The more time has gone on the worse their response to damage/loss of service has gotten.

I live in Bolingbrook, Illinois. Metronet dug up my backyard and installed a junction ("flower…read morepot") box in the ground, on my property. They buried it right in the line where our future fence and fence post will go. I have been requesting since day one that they move this box over by a foot to make sure it does not interfere with our fence line. Their response was, "Just move your fence". I have called them on multiple occasions, had them submit no less than three construction tickets, all of which have been blatantly ignored. All I am asking is for the box to be moved 12 inches, and so far they have been un-responsive. Now I have to seek HOA, Township action as well as legal action. I would not want to find out how they treat their customers. I will never be one and encourage others not to be either, based on their lack of cooperation and big corporation mentality. I also just posted this with the BBB, but of course, they are not affiliated... no surprise. Run don't walk from this company!

I would have given this company 5 stars but no longer will and this is why. We don't have many…read morechoices of internet where we live and came across this company and signed up. They run off of cell phone towers kind of like a hot spot but using a MoFi Router Antenna system. We had them for a year and a half and the service was great! We could stream whatever we wanted, the kids could play on their X-Box and when Covid hit I had two people working from home always on the computer. No problem... until recently they had to change our service, they took away our unlimited data and put us down to 300GB told us they were sending us a new SIM card plus they were going to charge us an additional $20/month. What the heck!?? But what other options did we have besides At&t (we heard it's horrible downloads speeds are at 5mb/s) and Satellite? NONE!. We are unable to get any type of hight speed cable/fiberoptic at our locations. So we installed the new SIM card and couldn't get a connection and tried several times! I called and left messages, they said they would call back and never did. I emailed and they sent out a big letter stating if you are still having problems with connectivity then you need to get another plan depending on what cell service you have. We have Verizon so to get that one it was going to cost us even more $. So we went from paying $89/month now up to $129/month an additional $40/month. Another SIM card was shipped out. I tried installing it. No connection, I tried calling the company multiple times, put on hold for over 40 min emailed and they told me that my card wouldn't be activated until that night which was on November 12th, 2021 so we waited and we tried again on the 13th and again on the 14th and no connectivity. So I emailed the company demanding a refund on service and equipment. They only refunded the service because of course the refund policy on the equipments only goes up to 14 days after purchase. Even thought this was their screw up changing service on us and not even calling to try and help us out. And I'm so tired of companies saying "Unlimited High Speed Internet, oh until you reach so many GB then we are going to reprioritized you and slow you WAY DOWN. That's a flat out lie, you can't say unlimited high speed if you are going to slow us down. Such crap!! I would not recommend this company to anyone at this time. I don't know if they changed ownership. Before this big switch in service I could call any time and get a hold of someone. It's unfortunate that companies don't treat their customers with respect. We are the one's making you money.
