Forget about expecting their website to have the ability to print out a simple shipping label. I called and sat on the phone for hours trying to stick to getting them to come get their equipment. They were not even to email me a simple shipping label. I give up. I'll drive to the nearest Xfinity store 20 miles away to avoid penalty charges for the equipment. Web site is completely useless. Nice folks on the phone but are overwhelmed by the company's many inconsistencies, conflicting policies and an out-right dysfunctional web site.

I called in on March 3 due to problems with remote, was told needed new remote, was to be sent…read moreFedEx and to be sent March 4. March 11 called back in to advise it has not arrived, was told it has not left the warehouse, (7 days later still at warehouse). Rep. advised ordering another remote to be shipped and I would be called with tracking number. Called in again March 15 to get tracking number information and was told FedEx had not picked up yet so no tracking information. I asked when FedEx was contacted was told only back office has info, but I can't talk to back office. Asked to talk to Supervisor, no supervisor available. told another request would be put in for another remote to be sent and I would be called with tracking informatoin but no idea when that would be as back office only has that information and there is no phone number for outside people to call back office and rep. claims they can only contact them via email they don't have phone number. So my question is how do I get the remote? Can't use TV as remote doesn't work. No one seems to follow up and send the remote. No local office open due to COVID however restaurants are opening, hair salons, nail salons, but cable offices unable to open. How do you get cable equpment when warehouse cannot seem to actually ship the necessary equipment. Worse customer service ever
