Everyone I've encountered from the owner (Joe) to the technicians who come in to do the work are exceptional. Beyond providing excellent service by knowledgable installers - very important to me is also communication and trust - which they excel at both. I consider myself an audio/videophile who checks work to make sure projector setup / calibrations / alignment are perfectly configured to fit my 164" home theater screen, audio configurations are perfect maximizing the latest technology. I've upgraded my home theater 6 times (as new technology comes out) and every time chose Integrity Sound.
