As…read morea constant traveler and having Cameras, security system and air conditioning/Heating/and Humidifier working on WiFi it is not comforting to have it all go away after a lightning storm. Particularly if you are 3,000 miles away for a month. When I get home all I have had to do was turn it on. (Another company used to do this from their service desk). Plus, I paid 1/3 more than I am paying now for a better service. In trying to cancel my subscription, I have to take the equipment back to their store. (They have no store in Tampa)! I am satisfied if I was to stay home and be at the mercy of my WiFi.

On Jan 26th I took my equipment back to UPS(who told me to hold the paperwork for a year since they are notorious for charging people hundreds of dollars claiming they never received the equipment back). I then continue calling to close my account and they said it was done and it never was. I got a bill in March thinking my account has been closed. I called and they said the 88.00 was for the month of March and i told them I closed the account in Jan. I have a bill that they have charged me for Jan, Feb and March...$88.31 a month. The first time I called in Jan to cancel the person I spoke to said that i was under the 30 day guarantee and there would be no charge since i canceled after 2 weeks. Well i just got a letter from a debt collection agency...well they will not get a cent from me. This company has no scruples and i believe they are stealing from people intentionally. This is hilarious that Mary responded with same message she uses for everyone.. do you see you reviews? after dealing with Frontier for a month I can see your as ignorant as the people in customer service and it's also hilarious that you think i would ever try to call there again to try to fix anything! good riddance and you won't see a cent from me, don't give a rats ass about your debt collection!!! This person Mary that responded from Frontier is nothing but a liar...I just checked my account and nothing has been resolved!!!

I didnt even know rhere was a transfer of services until I call to find out why there was such problems with the cable service and then I got a recording with a new number to call. When e finally got through, they told me to be patient. That was a week ago and after rwo scheduled no shows for maintenr and five total hour of dealing with inexperienced, card reading telemarketers, I am frustrated beyond and furious!!! Oh, yeah, did I mention they actually expect me to pay for this bad business...Wow!

    Absolutely the worst company representatives ever. Called to have serve set up and requested…read moreauto-pay. Rep walked us through the process of account set up and entered our credit card information and selected use this card as our default payment. First bill for $131.00 went through with a problem, but next bill to show up was an overdue bill with a $9.00 late fee and a charge for further month. Called FIOS and was told we had never signed up for auto-pay and even if we had it would take several payment before auto-pay would kick in...REALLY!!! Than called to pay our bill, so we could get caught up and were told we would have to pay an additional $3.00 to pay by phone. I feel this company is following the example of the airlines and are nickel and dimeing their customers to death. I requested to have my account canceled after making payment and was told I would need to call a different number yet again to complete this request.
