Horrible customer service, I canceled new cell phone service day after signing up and returned a new phone in the unopened box, Store charged me a restock fee of $35. Glad I was done with Xfinity. Nope they charged me $21 for a disconnect fee. How do you disconnect a phone still in its original box. Thieves, You cannot talk to anyone. Came here to "pick up" my modem after already paying and setting up internet and they made me wait 45 mins with all the other customers with actual needs that took forever where they really just needed to hand me a box. After spending 4 hours chatting with 9 different support agents to deal with a website issue (previous tenant still had credentials for the address that silently caused my order to fail) I finally got my internet account set up. I selected self install and came in to pick up my equipment and was met with an hour long wait. To pick up equipment. An hour. An absolutely awful experience for something that should take no more than a couple minutes. Nothing in the check out process told me I had to sit with a representative. They make it seem like your stuff is ready and waiting to be picked up. But it isn't, and you get mixed in with all the poor souls dealing with cell phone and TV problems. Xfinity should be avoided at all costs. I wish I could/would have. Edit: Staff were nice once they got to me and provided information on how to complain about corporate processes. I simply came in to drop off an old modem and I worked with Crystal in Ballard and she was great. She was an angel who saved me from her rude supervisor. She was understanding and treated me like a human. I don't know who the F the supervisor thought she was but she can go f herself for profiling me and acting like someone brown hurt her and she was going to take it out on me. read more

I'm not one usually to write reviews, but this one has really affected my finances. Xfinity is an excellent company first off. But I have the xfinity cable and I have the Xfinity mobile .. where the problem light is, I moved in with roommates, and quickly found out the cable . they didn't allow me to return a refund . Because my roommates had it too and moved in before me . They said I had a contract, even though I could not use it. I was able to change it to seasonal ;so instead of paying the full amount I was able to pay the seasonal. That was extremely nice and helpful. But I also have the Xfinity mobile which would've been a good deal, but I go to Canada lot to see my boyfriend and their international plan is complete crap. They give you a five dollar flat fee which sounds nice but that five dollar flat fee is for every day you're in either Canada or Mexico. Which raises your cell bill way up and they do not inform this to you nor do they give you great detail. So this is why I gave Xfinity a two star because their deals are good, but their clarification on how it works is not a read more

Carey was a superstar, Sam too. Hats off to both of them. I did a ten minute kindness meditation before I entered the store (I think it REALLY HELPED! If interested, download the Insight Timer app, thousands of free meditations.) Carey is super knowledgeable, very helpful, absolutely wonderful, and Sam was very very good too. The two guys at reception were very nice too. The 3 stars (only) is for the difficulty I encountered trying to switch from Xfinity Mobile back to AT&T. I think a lot of people are fine with their Xfinity mobile accounts. I needed to go back to AT&T because I need a good solid plan for Mexico. I need unlimited texting and calling to and from Mexico with no scary roaming etc. costs. CRITICAL INFO: If you switch from Xfinity back to another carrier you will need these things BEFORE you put the other Carrier's Sim card into your phone. 1) You need the 6 digit "transfer pin" number from Xfinity mobile account. This is not the four digit pin code or passcode that you originally set up your account with. It's a 6 digit "transfer pin" number that you can only get by calling Xfinity when you are ready to transfer to a different carrier. Xfinity will only send this to you if you have the Xfinity Sim card still in your phone! 2) You also need your Xfinity mobile account number which is different from your Xfinity/Comcast Wi-Fi account number. That Xfinity mobile account number was not listed in my Xfinity mobile app. What was listed in my app was my Xfinity Wi-Fi account number. Since I had signed up for paperless billing I did not know my Xfinity Mobile account number. So I couldn't make the transfer to AT&T!! 3) You also need your Xfinity username, password, and original 4 digit passcode. I spent 1 hour at AT&T on Wednesday, 3 hours at AT&T on Friday, an hour at Xfinity on Friday, 15 minutes at Xfinity on Saturday (Carey and Sam thank you!) Then another half an hour at AT&T on Saturday...in order to transfer my service from Xfinity back to AT&T. It was an incredibly difficult process. I learned a lot, I hope you'll take my advice (above) before you attempt to transfer from Xfinity mobile back to AT&T, Verizon, or T-Mobile. read more

I have had no choice but to use Comcast since our relocation in 2015. This company has a monopoly in my area, which I believe leads to their absolute lack of customer support, non-working equipment, skyrocketing prices and this company's policy of making any issue into an unnecessarily long process, which I'm sure achieves the goal of their not wanting you to ever contact comcast. I've been hung up on, passed around from agent to agent, been deceived into much worse and much more expensive contracts, contracts that I was assured were not being made. This is the result of attempting to get equipment fixed and to get my bill to a reasonable cost. There are no alternative options to resolution, this is comcast's only solution, whether in their store or via phone. Forget their texting system, it's a total failure and waste of time. Customer service is nonexistent. I wish that the consumer had a chance, any kind at all, against this giant conglomerate. read more

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. Where do I start? I walk through the door following another person, and there's no one at the front, so we just meander into the space where a bar is set up and there are several people collected. No one says anything to either one of us. Some guy walks up to me and says, have you been helped, and I gesture to the man that walked in before me and say "he was here first." They take that person back towards the front and leave me standing there in the work area until someone from behind the bar asks whether I've been checked in. I say no, and they point back towards the front area and say that they'll help me over there. Apparently, this person was supposed to be greeting and checking people in at the door, so, I walk back over and wait. Once it's my turn to be checked in, I mention that I'm there because my phone stopped charging, and I either need my phone fixed, or look into getting a new phone. The person says "it sounds like you need a new phone to me" and says to wait over in the lobby area for someone to free up and help me. 45 minutes later, a gregarious woman comes over and guides me towards her desk. "What brings you in", she asks, and again I mention that my phone stopped charging, so it's dead, and I need to either have my device repaired, or look into getting a new phone. She immediately tells me that I've qualified for an Apple Watch, and proceeds directly into shopping for a new phone. I'm still wondering about getting my phone potentially repaired, but we don't even get that far. The sales person says "so, if you're going to get a new phone, I assume you just treat yourself, since you're already spending the money, and get the best possible phone, right? And I say, "I suppose, if I need a new phone I'd want the best one." At this point she starts getting visibly frustrated, and I can see the pinwheel spinning on the handheld device they use to show people their store online. She stands up and walks away without saying anything to me. I wait. I hear some loud conversation coming from the back before she comes stomping back out towards me and sits back down. Without another word from me she says "you know I work on commission, right?" And I say, "no, I didn't consider that" but I assumed so after the whole Apple Watch thing. She says, "there's a nationwide outage and our service isn't connecting, so I can't access our sales site." *Note that this is the company I pay for my internet and phone service; that's some irony for ya. She calls some person on the phone in some fleeting effort to save her sale, with no luck. At no point did she ask me about repairing my phone. And after about 5 minutes of listening to her complain about how, and I quote, "I never sell phones, and this sucks for me, I just let everyone hear about it in the back", she gets out a card and hands it to me and says, "here, when can you come back tomorrow? Just call me or text me, I'll get you in the queue, and we'll get this done." So, I say, "well, how exactly am I supposed to call or text you when I HAVE NO PHONE." I stand up and start to leave, and she says "THIS SUCKS SO MUCH." But not for me, for her. Back at home, after I've decided I'm never going back there again, I start looking around for phone repair places. I went to one of those places today and they fixed my phone in, no joke, 10 seconds; they didn't even charge me -shout out to Jet City Device Repair (go there if you need help, they were phenomenal). So, Xfinity, what are you doing?? Absolutely ridiculous. And if you're reading this, do not ever visit this store if there's any possible way to avoid it. read more

This store is terrible. They have no way to "check in" so you just sit there waiting. Everyone is confused at the order customers walked in and they expect the customers to just figure it out. They gave differing directions to different people on how to wait so some people got served quickly because they lined up. Others were told to sit down and got left. I have spent days trying to get an issue resolved with Xfinity/Comcast xFi Pods that they said they would replace, sent me a packing label, I sent them back just to receive the exact same pods back in a box. I know because I took a pic of them prior to sending them with the S/N number. Currently on the phone once again with Xfinity and they are telling me to go to Bellevue Square. read more

This review is for this Xfinity store, not for Xfinity's service in general (that would NOT be a 5-star review). In particular, I just want to highlight how amazing Meggan was to work with! She made setting up a new internet account absolutely seamless for us, and she made sure to have equipment on-hand for us to leave with the same day. After having had multiple frustrating experiences trying to through Xfinity's generic 1-800 number, Meggan was an absolute godsend for us. I would recommend anyone having issues with Xfinity set up an appointment at this store (by using the website) rather than attempting to get help via phone. Thanks again, Meggan! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I went in last week (3rd week OCT 2018) because I have been charged monthly for the last year for an extra modem and I already called their national customer service dept who told me that I need to bring in a bill showing this extra charge, which I did and the guy who helped me (young arrogant guy!) who told me he was going to take care of it, but he didn't ! He also told me that I need to give him the serial number of the modem I currently have (I exchanged the other one about a year ago and they never took off the extra modem) and he would "take care of it". I cannot find the receipt showing that I exchanged the old, broken modem for the current one since it was a year ago and I just got my new bill and I am STILL being charged for two, when I only have one TV !! This place/company is a joke. If I remember correctly the name of the young guy was Lopez. He also said he was going to send me an email, but nope. I am sick and tired of being lied to and taken advantage of this company and am giving SERIOUS thought of just dropping them and using Netflix since I don't watch all that much TV, plus I use my home internet service on a limited basis. Netflix and CenturyLink WOULD be a LOT cheaper anyway ! read more

This errand was the first stop of my day today, and it's my birthday, and truly this was just a wonderful experience. 10/10 recommend this location. The number provided for the stories actually the number for all of Xfinity. The phone tree options if you have any question not anticipated in their tree are just circular. I have a question about modifying my internet service but the only thing they offer is to test your service and disconnect your internet for 10 minutes in the process. Then they refer you to the website while it is still down? Online the support option for a live chat just puts you on hold indefinitely with current place in line as 0. Is that next in live or just we have no intention of ever responding to you? It impossible to get service beyond what their limited options want you to do. They obviously don't want you business. There is one option on the website that is obvious. It's disconnect service. Boy is that tempting. read more

I wanted to use my Apple AirPods with my Xfinity service and Xfinity told me I needed new Bluetooth capable set top boxes. I went to this store and they gave me the boxes assuring an easy connection. After trying to connect them to 2 different TV's they wouldn't connect & nothing worked . I returned the new boxes and they are now supposedly returning my old equipment. These people really don't have a clue about the technology they dispense! Don't ever try to hook this stuff up yourself! Demand an installer-- even though it's a long wait. read more

I too had an issue with a cable box I received here today. After talking with a customer service, they assured me that it wasn't the way I installed that is an issue, it has something to do with a box. I'm now stuck with waiting for a technician to come out to my place in 4 days. Other than that, I'm impressed with their staff and their professionalism. I was greeted right away, gave me a realistic wait time all with great smiles. I arrived to the store at 630pm and was seen at 7pm which was their closing time but they still attended to my needs with the most friendly and helpful manner. I also brought my dog as I live close and was offered cutely packaged dog treats. The store is clean with open and modern layout/furniture. You can park in the same garage as Whole Foods and ask for validation. read more

Not enough words can describe the terrible customer service and shady business practices of Xfinity / Comcast. 1)When you first get in they upsell you with a bunch of stuff you don't actually need. It's like a sleazy used car salesman when you deal with them. 2) In my case they had a promo where if a family or friend that I referred joined, I would get $100 if they stayed for a few months. This was a lie. After a year and a half of my brother having this, they have yet to give us the amount they promised (I would split it with him). Even after calling, they were no help. The representatives do everything they can to hold on to every penny. 3) Lastly, we received no formal notice that the promo price would expire. I had everything setup for automatic payments so my rate of about $80 jumped in November to nearly $300. Only in February did I discover that they were charging outrageous amounts for a service that didn't change. You can believe me when I say this, don't EVER put your faith in this company. This store is terrible. Do not go here, and don't sign up for Comcast. We've been to this store twice trying to set up service, but have been outright denied twice. The store staff including the manager directly contradict what we've been told by phone customer service, and will not give us equipment even to begin service. They claim no one in our building has ever had Comcast installed (a 3-year old high rise downtown) despite all of the common areas in the building having the service. They want to charge $100 for installation despite the advertisement we received and brought into the store for free installation. They also scheduled an installation appointment without telling us and without our consent. There is outright lying going on here, and I recommend going anywhere else and away from Comcast. read more

Waited around for about 20-25 minutes on a Saturday afternoon to pay a bill but both payment kiosks were out of order, two reps were working but one disappeared into the back room after being there for about ten minutes and never returned, and the other was too busy watching the Olympics with a couple of guys rather than even pretending to do any work (back to his computer). I was not the only customer to get fed up and walk out. All in all completely unacceptable. The phone number on Yelp goes to the main toll free line so a customer can not even call later to speak with a manager. read more

I came in and asked for some information, got good info on packages, was told to come back and see him (Micheal) when i was ready because they work on commission. So i came back, and did him that favor. I asked for internet, and TV. Was asked if i wanted a DVR, was told it doesn't cost extra. Before you leave, they don't give you anything that says what you got. I got the DVR, which actually costs extra, and modem thats an extra monthly cost, and got a triple play package, which adds lots of taxes to my bill. I never asked for phone! So the good service i got, went south when i signed up, because very little was communicated to me. So I ended up having to call and get all this mess fixed. If you go here to get new service, demand you see what your signed up for and all of the costs before you leave. I get they are monopoly, and they sleep with money in their bed, but at the end of the day i should get exactly what i asked for, i should be given something that says what i have signed up for and all associated costs. I don't think its too much to ask for. Clearly Comcasts stand is the only person watching out for you, is you, so keep your eye on them! read more

Really, really surprised. I read the other reviews which are a mix of terrible and good, and what I got was good! William was immensely helpful. I was expecting the kind of service you get when you call customer service, but it was night and day. I dealt with the manager too, extremely upfront and did not try to oversell me. Took a bit of time, but I can totally take that when I don't feel like someone is trying to fleece me. I got exactly what I wanted and was out of there. For once, I was smiling after talking to a Comcast employee. Will definitely suggest trying out a store visit. As for me, I'll be back here if I have an issue. :) read more
