    Service sucks employees are just standing around while we wait a hour. No one helped got signed in just to sit around and wait.

    All of these wires belong to different apartments in this one building that connect to the internet.

    Staff is very nice but it's too hard to reach a live agent and that's not good for me when issues arise

Sometime, I had to switch to another provider, went through a lot of hassle to set up and restart everything. Five year ago, I switched to Xfinity, the agent told me, after 2 years, the price increased as normal (yearly price increased $10 to $20). Just like what they said, not a big price jump, I continued my plan. What surprised me with all these 5 years, I never had a single problem, everything was running smoothly with Xfinity provided services. Sometimes, I had questions, and went to the store, the store is spacious, peaceful and clean. Greetings by the friendly frontdesk person and led me to the proper agent. 5 months ago, my computer was running a little slow, I decided to change my old router to the store router for a $15 router monthly rental fee. Agent Sebastion is very knowledgeable, took his time and found the best plan for me, not only no increase in price like rental router fee, and my plan will last another 5 more years without a big jump in price. My computer is running like a charm, I'll be their loyal customer!

Look no further for a job done right. Rob and his colleague installed ethernet throughout our three-story townhouse (7 drops in total). Like another reviewer, we previously had ethernet only in the basement, resulting in poor Wi-Fi coverage on the upper levels. Regarding Trebor Technical Solutions, I wholeheartedly echo what others have shared. During the consultation, as Sriram (2021) observed, Rob "took notes of the locations where I wanted the drops, estimated the length of each run from the networking rack, and how the drops would be wired, carefully noting the number of cuts needed." Indeed, watching Rob in action is impressive--you can see him map, anticipate, and solve problems, as if he can "see" behind the drywall, identifying the cleanest and most efficient pathways. Sriram also noted Rob's "attention to detail deserves special mention, from planning the project to execution." I agree completely. Chaz (2024) wrote, "My experience with Trebor Technical Solutions was top-notch. The owner, Rob, went above and beyond." Absolutely. Rob left our townhouse better than he found it. Originally, ethernet entered through a hole in the wall--Rob repaired that neatly. He also removed unnecessary coax cables, replacing those plates with new ethernet plates. As reviewers' pictures show, Rob meticulously labeled each line with its corresponding room. Dan (2022) shared, "Rob is a pleasure to work with and makes everything easy. He pays close attention to details but also makes amazing recommendations." Couldn't agree more. He has a high work ethic and high standards. Todd (2022) wrote, "There's every reason you should immediately choose this company. Rob, the owner and a worker bee, is highly motivated to do right and technically trained by several mainstream internet and TV companies. He is extremely responsive and an awesome communicator." Rob's background (having worked at major companies) and continued work experience (providing expertise and skill to a variety of clients) are indeed impressive. Kyle's (2021) general contractor remarked on "how astonished he was with the gentle and delicate approach Rob took to making cuts in the drywall. Even though I was running drops across three floors and opposite sides of the house, Rob made only the smallest of cuts in the fewest places and did an excellent job patching up the drywall." Exactly. These were also my observations: Rob accomplishes tasks effectively with minimal disruption. Notably, he expertly repairs drywall cuts, leaving them paint-ready--a service many contractors overlook, as Sriram (2021) mentioned. Finally, Rob's patience deserves special mention. He patiently walks you through each step of the process at the level of detail you prefer, answering questions thoroughly--from the initial consultation through to completion and beyond. It was remarkable how patient and kind he was when explaining the system, piece by piece, and assisting us in setting everything up. We're grateful to have met and worked with Rob and his colleague. If you want commercial-grade quality and craftsmanship in your home, you've found the right team.

He assisted me with a phone replacement and demonstrated an exceptional level of knowledge, professionalism, and efficiency throughout the entire process. Torian's customer service was truly outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain my options, ensured everything was going to be set up properly, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service did not go unnoticed. He embodies the level of professional excellence that T-Mobile should be proud to have representing their brand. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to deliver a top-tier experience.     Complaint against T-Mobile Store at 8310 Annapolis Rd Ste A, New Carrollton, MD 20784…read moreI am filing a complaint regarding misleading sales practices and poor customer service at the above-mentioned T-Mobile store.On August 13, 2024, I visited this store to purchase a new phone. The manager, Jose and Juan, offered me a plan for $123/month, along with promotional items including two tablets, a JBL boombox, a phone case, and a screen protector. He claimed these were part of a "free promotion."Subsequently, I discovered my actual bill was $164/month, not the $123 promised. When I attempted to return the tablets, the store refused to accept them. A T-Mobile phone representative later informed me that I could still return the tablets within the return period.Upon revisiting the store to process the return, I encountered extremely rude employees. Manager Jose, who had initially assisted me, walked out of the store without addressing my concerns.This experience demonstrates: 1. Misrepresentation of plan pricing 2. Misleading information about "free" promotional items 3. Refusal to accept returns within the stated return period 4. Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior by store staff 5. never received a receipt of transaction conducted 6. Denied the knowledge of who the boss was so that I could notify them of this misconduct. I am seeking a resolution that includes: 1. Correction of my plan to the promised $123/month 2. Acceptance of the tablet returns 3. An explanation for the misleading sales tactics 4. Appropriate action to address the unprofessional conduct of store employees 5. Disciplined
