He took the time to clearly explain my options, ensured everything was going to be set up properly, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. Complaint against T-Mobile Store at 8310 Annapolis Rd Ste A, New Carrollton, MD 20784 I am filing a complaint regarding misleading sales practices and poor customer service at the above-mentioned T-Mobile store.On August 13, 2024, I visited this store to purchase a new phone. The manager, Jose and Juan, offered me a plan for $123/month, along with promotional items including two tablets, a JBL boombox, a phone case, and a screen protector. He claimed these were part of a "free promotion."Subsequently, I discovered my actual bill was $164/month, not the $123 promised. When I attempted to return the tablets, the store refused to accept them. A T-Mobile phone representative later informed me that I could still return the tablets within the return period.Upon revisiting the store to process the return, I encountered extremely rude employees. Manager Jose, who had initially assisted me, walked out of the store without addressing my concerns.This experience demonstrates: 1. Misrepresentation of plan pricing 2. Misleading information about "free" promotional items 3. Refusal to accept returns within the stated return period 4. Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior by store staff 5. never received a receipt of transaction conducted 6. Nancy did not give good customer service to my husband she is a liar and she does not know how to do her job she is just there to sell and she is not there for the customers had my husband sell his phone to come back and make him go through a hassle to get another after he was already approved Collins has terrible customer service too he ignores all the customers that comes in like he don't see them Nancy said he was a manager and a customer asked him was he a manager so he can speak with them and he said he wasn't because he didn't want to deal with the customers and talks smart to customers Cory helped a little but he called the police on my husband because my husband was frustrated after Nancy just left my husband hanging after he sold his phone over all this service is just terrible Stephany just picks who she wants to work with I guess I don't think she helps black frustrated customers with there needs after all of this confusion Seth is just there as a manager you are supposed to compensate the customer who is getting treated poorly All in all they need to be fired period! read more

I recently bought an iPhone12 mini and was not satisfied with its performance. I went to the store and showed what my experiences were. A rep did a quick fix and I was on my way. I really tried to like the phone. I liked the smaller fit. After a few days, more problems arose so begrudgingly I went back to exchange for another more expensive model. I spoke with Brian R who fully understood my concerns and approached his manager about waiving the $70 restocking fee. Even after showing screen shots of the many issues and even after a call came in that displayed one of the issues, the manager said, it's company policy. I even posed a question to him, "you would rather me pay $70 for a restocking fee then exchange my phone for $100 more. I refused to pay both a restocking fee when I was buying another more expensive phone. The manager wouldn't quiver and said company policy. So I ended up paying the stocking fee of $70 and I was refunded what I had paid for a phone that would cost me around $800. When I got home, I called T-Mobile and I explained my circumstance. The agent quickly credited my $70. Now the store lost out on the sale of an iPhone 12. Brian was fabulous. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT THE MANAGER CHOSE COMPANY POLICY OVER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
