Walked dressed in slacks shirt and tie. Upon walking, was greeted by an older asia gentleman. Apparently, he must hv been the owner and the technicians were younger Asian gentlemen. Told the older gentleman I need both batteries replaced. And I asked what the warranty was on the batteries. He stated, that the warranty was for a yr. Both batteries were replaced both watches were working and I left satisfied. Not two weeks later I Geneva watch wasn't working anymore. So I went back to the shop. The older gentleman wasn't in however the younger gentleman that replaced the battery. Stated that they don't give warranties and they don't hv that battery at the present. So I would not recommend and jwould suggest that all reconsider. Doing business with this establishment. They don't honor there warranties and hv no integrity. I'll just travel 20 mins more to my regular watch repairs shops. Located in Iverson mall. I've never had a problem in over 20 yrs. I bought a black one. I asked if broken screens were the biggest reason for visits. The employee said yes. My husband asked how much it would cost to unlock a phone. The employee said, "$30 or $35. The store notified me on Tuesday that my laptop was ready to be picked up. I went and picked it up and the screen is back to working again and the price was very reasonable. M. There was a nice selection of sizes, colors & finishes for the training lines I wanted. My son also found some Nike yoga pieces that he liked as well. Good price. Good Value. My issue today was SERVICE or lack there of. There was no sense of urgency or respect for the patrons time. Unlike my experiences in Oxon Hill & definitely not like the Nike Unite stores in NYC. I saw a young lady casually standing at the online order booth on her phone. Two employees at the registers dealing with customers with extenuating situations & others (maybe managers) just buzzing around the store as the line continued to grow. There were literally only 2 people in front of us and we were in line 30 minutes. To make matters worse, my 15% in store reward from my Nike app was NOT applied. I returned to the store but couldn't get anyone's attention to address. Had to leave annoyed in order to get back to work.
