    I wouldn't recommend Xfinity at all. I'd been with them since 10/2021, here it is 11/2023. I'd opted for automatic payments. See the attached photos of how Xfinity sneakily doubled my monthly cost below . We've got to stop letting companies get away with this sort of robbery. It wasn't until I decided to cancel that I was then offered various cheaper rates, of course, as low as the original rate in which I'd initially started. If you can raise prices without consumer approval, appreciation should have Xfinity to automatically lower rates of consumers who've displayed or displaying loyalty.

    Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. This is my go to location. They acknowledge those that walk in. Instead of ignoring them.

    I have been an AT&T customer for years and this was by far the most uncomfortable experience I have…read moreever had at an AT&T store.My family and I visited this location because my 19-year-old brother, who is a U.S. Marine and was home on leave before his deployment, needed to replace his broken phone. Since this was his first time purchasing a phone on his own, he understandably had questions regarding trade-in options. The interaction started off strangely when the sales representative asked for my mother's ID. After briefly looking at it, he immediately handed it back. My mother politely asked, "Do you still need my ID?" and he responded, "I said I needed it for a second, that second has now passed." The comment was unnecessary, bizarre, and immediately made everyone uncomfortable. As we continued discussing the phone, my fiancé simply mentioned that he didn't think a broken phone could be traded in. Out of nowhere, the representative threw his hands up and said, "Is it me, or are y'all extremely aggressive?" We were completely caught off guard. None of us had raised our voices or behaved aggressively. We all looked at each other wondering where that comment had even come from. The interaction left me so uncomfortable that I was literally shaking, and I told my fiancé we should leave and go elsewhere. We drove to the AT&T store at Willowbrook Mall instead, where we had a completely different experience. Caitlyn was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and manager Miguel was wonderful. They treated us with respect and made the process easy and pleasant. I also called this location afterward to speak with the manager because I genuinely would hate for another family to have this kind of experience. While he wasn't rude, he came across as dismissive and lacked the empathy and professionalism I have come to expect from AT&T. I understand mistakes happen, but I felt my concerns were brushed aside rather than genuinely addressed. Thankfully, the team at Willowbrook restored my faith in AT&T customer service. If you're deciding between locations, I highly recommend the Willowbrook Mall store. Save yourself the stress and go where you'll be treated with kindness and respect.

    I have an issue with Verizon charging me for equipment that i have not and don't use. They had…read moresomeone call me in an attempt to keep me as a client and was supposed to fix the issue and send me a label for the past 2 years. Yet they are still billing me. Today, I called in for assistance and was hung up twice. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. This has been the worst service I have ever had with a cell service.     PSA: Ample parking, weird location, and was caught off guard by the new "check-in" feature...be…read moresure to check-in and make an appointment ahead of time...although the associate stressed that making an appointment was optional, that also comes with waiting almost an hour to see or speak to someone at the store...who has an hour to kill on a weekend with only three associates working at the store on a weekend! like c'moooooooon!!! Then when I approached the associate again trying to see what the ETA was, Chris was rude and seemingly got more and more defensive as the conversation went on, which I thought was so rude. Terrible customer service and did not do anything to de-escalate my feelings of worry at all, but rather, just made me more upset. We finally sat down with someone after waiting an hour...which, mind you, our quoted wait time was 30-45 minutes, but Chris was trying to tell us that our wait time was one hour... Couldn't believe the rude customer service, as I have been with Verizon since day one, when cell phones just became a thing and were new to the scene...I had a brief lapse of judgement when I went with Sprint in college, but reverted right back to Verizon, but I am deeply considering switching carriers after the horrible service and constant issues with dropped calls, etc. Don't go to this location, as you will not be treated with respect here.
