I took it in and after 30 minutes it was changed. Almost immediately after my display had a white spot, front camera was blurry and typing was not cohesive.I got home and called him and he said he would fix it and put on a better screen. I was confused as to why he wouldn't ha done that in the first place. He would change it no extra charge to the screen that was "supposed" to be on there. I also asked about changing my battery also because the battery life had diminished because I use it for work. He said he would order the battery and replace my screen again. My husband wanted to get his battery replaced also. We went the next day and got the screen replaced and batteries changed. Once walking out I realized my phone could no longer read my Face ID. I went back in and he changed it again. It's been a week and it's been soooo frustrating. My phone constantly overheats, my display barely recognizes taps, my battery won't stay charged at all and this phone is pretty much worthless. I'm now getting a new phone so it was a complete waste of time. If you have a cheap non import an t phone they can fix it but other than that just go to Apple and make sure to get Apple care.

When it sinked in, I could see the light from inside the iPad. I didn't think it's normal. The button also moved around and sometimes doesn't work. I took it back and they lady kind of fix it. However, the light and camera fixture were broken and the button recognition was broke since day one. Well, guess what about 30 days later the home button sinked in again and the lpad does NOT work at all. I took it back to the shop and the guy refused to fixed bc it was past the 30 day period. I did called apple and they actually told me this shop messed up my IPad when they replaced the screen and Apple couldn't help me anymore. Now I am out of over $260 since I bought a screen protector and case thinking my IPad was fixed. The iPad doesn't work anymore and I tried reaching out to the shop several time but no answer. Save yourself the money and take it somewhere else.

The warranty is useless. I brought my phone in and they repaired it. During the reinstall of the…read morescreen the guy had a hard time seating the new screen but finally got it. A few days later I noticed a a small stress fracture in the glass at the bottom of the screen. A small u shape. Then my screen started separating from the case. I never really noticed it separating because I always keep it in a leather fold over case. When I brought it back in I asked the girl if I could watch. Her response was "no, because I need my space." You're on a pagoda in a mall... Whatever, I went for a tea. She glued the screen back and I left. Now when I text my phone starts pressing the space bar, the return bar, and some of the letters next to them. I have to back out and wait a while before I can start back up. I took it back today and was told they could not warranty it because of the small fracture. The girl who repaired the screen separation was there so I asked why she repaired when it was there. She said she didn't remember me. That's not true, she knew who I was when I called on the phone not even an hour before. The stress fracture happened during the first install when the guy forced the screen on, that's why it separated from the case. The keys press themselves also because the screen was installed incorrectly. You can go there and pay $160ish for a new screen but there is no guarantee that it'll be done correctly. Save your money and go somewhere where the person working on your phone actually owns the business. Not some kid who could care less about the quality of the work and who "needs space" because probably if you witnessed the work done to your phone you'd object. I'll try and post a picture of the stress fracture.

I needed my iPad fixed quickly and the Apple Store was far away so I took a gamble and lost. While the charging port was replaced; they ended up creating a sound issue. Before I get to the sound issue; I was quoted one price of $135 and then picked up my iPad and was told $165 + tax. Ok paid that, despite being told wrong information. Noticed after the charging port was replaced, the sound was muffled and I called them the next day and they said they would look at it. The following day they said nothing was wrong with the sound but would cost $65 to diagnose the issue that was not present when I brought my iPad there. Now the sound does not even come out of the iPad. I still have to go to Apple now to get this issue resolved. COMPLETE SCAM

In the process of them fixing said battery, they broke my screen and said they wouldn't get back into it. So I thought bringing it here seeing the good reviews it had would be my best bet, sadly enough it ended up being nightmarish. I first told them what my issue was and the things Geek Squad had done to fix it. However, they did not seem to care for the information at all, they had just disregarded it and had forgotten all about it. The part they needed to fix my screen wasn't in shop, so they had to order it. Which I can understand, yet; they said it'd be there in 2 weeks. I called regularly and it hadn't come in for a whole month. In the end, they didn't even call to let me know when it was ready. And they didn't even fix it! They just waited for my call to tell me for the past month they wasted my time. (Not literally lol) I opened it up to see for myself what repairs they tried to do, all my screws were missing, and the cable they bought to try and fix my screen was too short to even reach the connector inside the computer. My computer was working prior to me bringing it there, it was just my screen, and they managed to make it into a paperweight, it wouldn't work completely. I brought it back in, and they used all the wrong screws, so my laptop has a lot of screw dents on the chassis. They managed to get it back in working order BUT as of the time of this review, my WiFi adapter chip is entirely MISSING. In summary: I brought a working, nice condition laptop into this place. They waste my time for over a month and not call me to say when I could pick up the thing; and on top of that, they entirely trashed both the inside and outside. And upon bringing it back a second time, they managed to break even more! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. For the price of free, my $2000 gaming laptop is reduced down to its basic components. Tread carefully yelpers! :(
