Cristine A. spent a lot of time drilling down to the problem and getting the problem corrected. In addition, she provided me with her business card and work cell number. She kept me informed throughout the entire weekend as to the status of my installations. She was absolutely relentless in staying on top of the problem and seeing to it that it got fixed while keeping me informed the whole time. She is the only reason that I stayed with AT&T for my business and personal cell service because I was ready to stop all when I went to the store that day. If my company were hiring, I would do everything I could to hire Cristine A. away! AT&T, you are lucky to have someone in your employ with her attitude, her drive, and her customer service skills!

Boy was I wrong today, on a Monday, the gentleman greeted 3 customers in a row and got all of our names and promised to get us taken care of shortly. He invited us to have a seat and our name will be called. I sat down and swear 1 minute later I was called. Quick scan of equipment, the clerk inquired of whether they spoke to me about wireless. I said yes and not yet. He said fine and gave me my receipt and sent me on my way. This makes me want to consider switching to them because of this experience. Blown away! And I am a former manager for a wireless company, compliments are earned in this business and I am awarding one to Xfinity today!

I asked for the phone back as it was, but the phone was no longer on site. Even after a week, I never received the promised call back that it was done. I returned over two weeks later. The store says "Open", it's after opening time, but no one was there. Terrible experience, especially since it wasn't ready as promised and I had to make multiple special trips to get it.
