I tried visiting Quality Games this afternoon and as I parked my car. I realized that even though…read morethere was a car parked out front that said the name and building that looked familiar to reviews, I had almost went into someone's house! I was so confused because I couldn't actually find the building and what I thought was the building was so tiny I ended up on someone's doorstep. Then I opened their door and realized it wasn't the place because it smelled like wet dog and smoke. I was so upset. Just wish it was more clear if you guys are only online distributors or what the exact building looks like cause the encounter I had could've ended badly.

This review is going to be solely based around them waisting my time and gas for nothing…read more I had to move awhile back and I called around looking for shops who could buy bulk collections of MTG, Pokemon, etc. because my new one apartment was small I had to sell so much stuff recently. They assured me over the phone TWICE that they did buy bulk (spoke with AJ, Alecia *sp?, and Matthew) which is why I decided to drive all the way to Cypress from Pearland to drop my collection with them. Now it took about a month to get that collection evaluated because it was a huge collection of boxes and binders honestly took up the entire back of my car. Part of the reason it took so long was I think the person said they were sick and that can't be helped I understand. All that time doesn't really mattered what matters is at the end they just offered to buy like the most valuable cards at a lowball offer for what they wanted. (Which I could have literally taken to any shop and sold) Proceeding to tell me they were not interested in the bulk collection WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I MADE THE TRIP. . I already knew and not driven what round trip twice was almost 4 hours for me. Also when I got there they had taken everything out of the damn sleeves and just had it in a mess in the office and I had to reassemble it all in the lobby which really frustrated me. That is what really bothered me. I packed all my stuff up and took it to another shop that actually did buy bulk and got a much more reasonable offer. They may be a good shop to hang out at and nice people I have no reason to believe otherwise in that regard it seemed like a nice place when I went both times. TL;DR The shop bs'd me about buying bulk so I drove all the way out to their shop and wasted about 4 hours and it took a month for nothing. But a lowball offer on the rarest cards. Would recommend not trying to sell bulk to these folks cause they wasted my time and are likely wasting yours.

So unless you live in Conroe, you need a reason to go here, like customer service. Yeah, you don't get that either. Imagine having an event start at 10am, and you connect with the organizer 40 minutes in advance to tell them you'll be there 5-10 minutes before 10, and they say okay. Imagine arriving exactly when you said, and be told "sorry bro we started 10 minutes ago". So I ask for a bye for the first game, and am told "no those are the rules". It's an 8-person local tournament, not the World Team Championship, get over yourselves. Could have just said no up front and save me 90 minutes of driving. If you skip this place, you're not missing a thing.

Advertising a "limit of 2" is pointless if it is not enforced…read more While I was in line, a customer was told she could only buy two but said she planned to get back in line for more. Which would be fine, yes get behind all the rest of us waiting. Instead of enforcing the limit or making her get back in the end of the line, the employee allowed her to purchase four. As a result, customers behind her missed the chance to buy the item before it sold out. If a store sets a purchase limit, it should apply to everyone. There are plenty of other places to buy the same items, go there instead.

Incredibly disappointed with the owner today. 4 adult men and one woman (who chose to not to stand…read morein line nor go in because of the backlash by families in line) placed chairs and left to go home and sleep, which they had already done the day prior. After we all formed in line since 1:50 am, 2:30am, and so on, these individuals bullied their way into being first in line at 6:15 am and 7am respectively. The owner admitted she was afraid of them and still let them go in while threatening anyone who complained with not letting them in the store. Argued with families rather than excluding people who chose to skip everyone else. I do not have a video of the owner arguing with a father and gentleman in line but plenty of witnesses. These men were also smoking cigarettes/cigars next to all the families.
