They have lied about being here, they don't give any explanation, and one occasion they stated they had to Order equipment! They even shut down the answering service that was on our phone, so people calling our number get a fast busy tone! CenturyLink apparently doesn't want to keep customers or provide service, just check social media! If you could give a negative star I guarantee it would reflect the real feelings of those affected by this company's blatant disregard for the customer!
