I needed to reactivate an old iPhone and while it was a bit complicated, the technician who helped me was very experienced, knew what to expect, and knew how to get it all going. Always a whole day ordeal with these folks. Over 8 hours and still no activated phone. While trying to activate it, they deactivated my other phone in the process. I've had my Xfinity phone for about two years and according to the relentless and unblinking Xfinity Mobile algorithm I'm now officially a Luddite that needs to be inundated and shamed into upgrading my device. Nothing stiffens my back more than a barrage of emails and texts excoriating me to be more flexible and "come on in" for some new tech. You know what fellas, offering an actual deal might have been far more intriguing than the $50 a month insult to my intelligence to replace my free phone that still performs admirably. Xifnity is just the worst company. We've moved into our new office but have no internet or voice because xfinity dropped the ball as usual. Robot that answers the phone cant understand anything so it takes forever to reach a human and once you reach a human, oh boy, thats when the fun starts. They understand even less than the robot! I stopped in to talk about possibly getting a new I phone on a week night. I'm always greeted by someone who takes your name and puts you on the list. There was a wait, which was fine. There are plenty of places to sit and wait. Waited about 25 minutes to find out they aren't offering current customers any deals (which is disappointing) on new phones. The staff are always friendly and answer all of my questions. I'll keep an eye out on my emails from them and hopefully see a deal sometime soon. read more

I wanted to move my wife and myself onto the same plan. They had us sign up at the end of a month when there were no deals for new phones, telling us we could get a new phone with a deal the next month. They then gave us a deal on a phone and two days later increased the monthly price 300%. $5/month to $30. Stay away from this location. read more

They're a horrible, money grubbing, cheap ripoff of a company. I'm on social security and they're so f'n rich and can't cut anyone a break!!! Their CEO is worth millions, maybe billions. I've been with them for 44 years and they can't even offer me any senior discount or a loyalty discount. Yes, I know I should just drop cable.... Even 4 years ago when I was in the hospital and rehab for heart problems, I made sure the bill was paid for those 7 months for the TV never even being on. They did nothing nothing about it when I told them about it. They keep trying to "upsell" my service once a week with that damn blue screen that says to contact them. I absolutely need to rate the Cherry Hill Xfinity store on Haddonfield Road a one! I wish I could rate it a zero. I stopped in to drop off old equipment and was told to have a seat. I tried to explain that I just wanted to drop equipment off and was accused of trying to "cut" in line. Reluctantly, I sat and waited. While waiting there was always at least TWO customer service staff sitting at their stations doing nothing or looking at their phones. This store has poor customer service and should be avoided! read more

Just got off the phone with Xfinity Comcast. Received my new bill, and it jumped up $60! It went from $174 to $234!! First thing I noticed is that they charged me $19.99 for Netflix!! I don't have Netflix with them, I have an app! Netflix is paid directly. The agent told me it's because it goes through their box! Bullsh*t!!! I fought with him, and he removed it. The other charges increased because I lost my original promotion! Mind you, I only get the package, with NO PREMIUM CHANNELS!! And on the bottom of the bill, it says it will increase again $26 at the end of this year, because the last promotion will come off!! They no longer offer promotions or package deals, so they will now be charging you with their new "A la Carte" pricing, ripping you off even more. I tried to take just the basic cable with only 15 channels, and it would actually be higher than what I am paying now!!! They suck!!! Unfortunately, because I am in an apartment complex, there are no alternatives...it's wired for Xfinity only!! Besides that, this is really the only service for this area, so they can charge you $1000 dollars if they want, they have the monopoly!! If anyone has a choice in providers, take my advice and stay clear of Xfinity!!! read more

Do Not Choice them.. I am disappointed yelp doesn't have zero rating because the company does not deserveanything above that. INTRRNET ON then OFF EVERY 30 MIN or so for 5 to 10 mins. So if you if you want to keep working without interruptions, stay away form this overrated company (even with 1star). THEY SUCK!!!. ... I used to be a triple play customer with 2 cell phones with Xfinity mobile,& Comcast has done nothing but screw me over left&right for the past 3 yrs!; they've ALWAYS tried to sneakily tack on mysterious charges,turn my service off&on 5 times in a matter of 4 days,&anytime I tried to call about a problem (ie:billing issue,etc),they would give me the "run-around" tactics,tell me a supervisor wasn't available (when you know they were!),& after they quickly lost my trust in them&I'd ask for e-mail confirmations,they'd always tell me they couldn't do that for me! It got so bad with them, that I had to resort to recording my conversations with them&taking pictures on my phone anytime I'd pay my bill- otherwise Comcast would try their sneaky,corrupt bs on me!! What little customer service they have left is for the birds! All Comcast/ Xfinity cares about is the almighty dollar& how to scam the next person, so ALL BEWARE!!!! I'm sorry I EVER signed up with them in the 1st place!! They even went as low as to try&get me for about $1,700 of unlawful charges during these Covid-19 times, for which they put me in collections for; so even though I'm no longer a customer,they're still trying to screw me...how sick,greedy,&evil is that??!!! read more

The store itself is great - aesthetically pleasing and well laid out. Looks like they are trying to re-create the experience of an Apple store. Its a shame they have not taken that recreation and applied it to their Customer Service model. Just like the other reviewer, I had to go and ASK for help. I went in with my husband in the hopes of adding Xfinity mobile. So new service and more $$ for Comcast. We stood there for (I kid you not) a little more than 10 minutes before going over and asking someone for help. At the time, I saw 7-8 employees on the floor, only two of which were actively helping other customers. The agent we worked with then was helpful enough -- I got the feeling he may have been newer, but if not, then he definitely was not sufficiently knowledgeable about the products and services. During the 12-15 minutes we spent with him, the CS rep in the station next to him complained about and mocked the customers she was helping before - I saw her interacting with them and agree it was probably a challenge, but maybe wait until you are in the break room or out of the store to openly b*tch about them to your coworkers. Then two other coworkers having a loud (as in shouting to each other from across the store) convo about where they would order lunch from, as the one rep had the restaurants up on his workstations' computer and was scrolling through the choices and yelling them out across the store. When we left, absolutely no one said thanks for coming, or have a good day even though multiple people made eye contact with us. If Comcast is really committed to customer experience being your best product, then you REALLY need to address issues in your Cherry Hill store. read more

Despite other poor reviews, I ventured to this store to switch my current boxes to X1 boxes. I was in and out in 10 minutes with brand new boxes and a lower monthly payment due to being hooked up with a "retention discount". Not the most enthusiastic associates, but they made the process painless and helped me accomplish something I've been thinking about doing for over a year now in barely any time. Thanks to Joshua for making us aware of a box we are currently paying for, but not using, and for removing it from our account. Plus, the store was very modern and up to date. read more

This store used to be in the Woodcrest Shopping Center. The people in the old store were so much nicer. Now it has moved to its new location about 3 years ago. Bigger is definitely not better. I went here a month ago because my credit card number had been stolen. I tried to update the credit card number on the Comcast web site but due to some reason of SECURITY I was not able to do so. So a trip to Xifnity store was required. When at the store I gave the person my new CC number and she entered it into the system. Later I received my new bill in the mail (thank goodness for paper statements) and found that autopay was still not working since there were two months of billing. So I had to return to the store today. The person there told me that the person had not turned on Autopay...duh. I paid the two months billing when I was there today. I also mentioned to him that I am paying for Triple Play but I never use the phone but he did not seem interested in helping me (i.e. down grading my service so Comcast gets less money from me). Not surprising at all. Time for a NJ BPU message. read more

I found the store to be useless as well. After purchasing a smart TV that one of my secondary cable boxes couldn't read I went to Cherry Hill as their telephone service had told me to do and I was told it was an hour and a half wait just to exchange a cable box. I call customer service twice that day and I agreed to have one shipped and I was told that the new box with only cost $10 per month. After finally receiving this box of course it didn't work with the TV I was on a phone call with the Comcast representative for an hour attempting to get my TV and box to work after speaking with the representative she wondered why I was told the original box wouldn't work with this TV I said that I had no idea she said that it probably would have and that this new box was going to cost $19.95 extra per month. I asked the customer service rep why I was told $10 a month last weekend her response was you were given incorrect information. How did I know that she wasnt giving me incorrect information but in order to get my TV working I agreed I had to agree by text to pay an extra 1995 per month to get a TV working with their box. I probably spent about six hours fooling around with equipment and talking to Comcast representatives on the telephone and driving to the store only to finally have to pay 1995 per month to get a TV working thanks Comcast you suck read more
