Service was not working for months leading up to my cancellation. 10 phone calls and a technician coming out and nothing worked. My burglar alarm went off and I could not see who was at my house or deactivate my alarm because xfinity was down as always. Well my neighbor was nice enough to call me when the police arrived. They were kind enough to told me this is the 2nd false alarm at my residence and the fact that I never disarmed the alarm I wasted tax dollars and was fined $250. I was on the phone with xfinity when the police called. I even told the agent that was the police and I was fined. Agent so kindly closed out my account and said I would have no bill as long as I turned in my equipment. I later I received a bill for $50. I immediately called and complained. The guy said its because I didn't turn in my equipment. So I gave him my receipt number. Then he said its was a proration from when I cancelled service. I responded with the service that was not working and thats why I cancelled? I told him to pay the $250 fine and I would pay the proration. I asked to speak to a manager at least 10-15 times. He kept telling me none was available and someone would call me in 3-5 business days. I said no and that I needed to speak to a manager and he proceeded to hang up on me. read more

Went in today to pick up equipment- WiFi modem/router. Everyone was super nice. Unfortunately, I got an email after with my new monthly rate that included a subscription to NOW Latino TV. Yall I don't speak Spanish. So I just spent part of my Friday night chatting with customer service to "cancel" a monthly subscription I had no idea was added today & def didn't authorize. That this location did that when I literally just went in to pick up free equipment is wild. Check your bill when you leave. read more

What a nightmare we had on October 15, 2025. We went to pick up 2 cable boxes for our unit. The rep was not able to help us because the tenant had not closed the account which were we paying for. Brian the manager came to assist. He wanted us to show him the deed of the unit to verify that we were The owners. So I searched Broward county assessors office and found the record that we were the owners. He was not satisfied with that and asked for the deed to be confirmed by a public notary. All he had to do was to look at our mailing address of record in Broward county and to match it with our drivers license. So we contacted Exfinity customer services by phone and there was no problem at all! My husband and I are Caucasian and we felt that we were discriminated because of our background. There is no other explanation for this horrific treatment besides the guys incompetence! This guy should have never be in the position of being a manager! read more

That I already paid for and that Xfinity forgot to ship out , so I come to the store as soon as it opens to pick it up and am told I have to wait about 45 minutes, this is completely ridiculous and is border line making me reconsider my Internet provider . I came to the store with no expectations and no appointment, I needed to cancel my service not for the lack of it, in fact I haven't had an issue with xfinity, the quality it's been amazing but my condominium change companies so I had to terminate it. There is no Yelp listing for the Comcast Xfinity location in Dania Beach, FL on Stirling St. I went there today to inquire about my internet going out the night before for at least a couple of hours because you can never speak to a person when you call them. When I called the night before the robot said it went out for scheduled maintenance and I wanted to know if this would happen again at night and if I would get an adjustment on my bill. The man I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was doing everything in his power to shirk any responsibility or explain why it happened, saying they can't predict it, he has no idea why it happened, this happens with all internet providers, I may get a small adjustment on my bill but basically go away. He was very snarky. It's enough to make me want to go to AT&T. read more

One star is way too many for the horrible sense of customer service in this store. For starters, their agents are minimally trained and in a rush to make a sale. Once you've purchased the item, in my case a new iPhone, they just want to get rid of you. The worst agents that I've encountered in my quest toward making/returning merchandise have bern Pierre and Lizbeth. I asked Pierre to please show me all of the available iPhone colors prior to making my purchase and he said he couldn't so just tell him my top 2 favorite colors and he'd bring those out! As for Lisbeth, she is clueless and has made returning a prior order a nightmare for me. Overall, I recommend calling customer care at (800)COMCAST and opening a case regarding your issue as well as setting up an appointment so that once you arrive the store, the agent can simply follow the instruction under your case number. Today I had the pleasure of going to the Xfinity store in Aventura. I had never been there. Or maybe I've been there but I came at it from the other side of the mall so I never ever saw it. I don't know what other people are experiencing but they are so nice there. There was a lovely lady at the door and I never got her name but due to social distancing what they'll do is they'll take your number and I'll call you when will try to look for your car and all that stuff so you don't miss your appointment. So you can go wait in your car. They sent me three texts and I missed all of them and she came out and I saw her and then we ended up connecting. So that was very nice to begin with. I was set up with a nice young man named Paul who was very nice and helpful. He got my current rate of Internet only from 87 to 67. So I am in love with this person I will bake him some muffins. And he was really nice and helpful. So I don't know what these other people are talking about. My experience was great. I'd definitely go back again. And beat that is a Publix next door so after you handle your business you can go get some cake. Nothing like a piece of cake to finish off a good day. read more

I work for retail for 6 years and i always try to help my customers as much as I can. Today i went to this Xfinity comcast store to pick up a new device that I needed. The Store closes at 7:00pm and I got there at 6:58pm instead of the employee saying hey we have 2 minutes to do this come in let me help you out she close the door up in my face locked the door and turn around and ignored the fact that i was there.
