They were kind enough to told me this is the 2nd false alarm at my residence and the fact that I never disarmed the alarm I wasted tax dollars and was fined $250. I was on the phone with xfinity when the police called. I even told the agent that was the police and I was fined. Agent so kindly closed out my account and said I would have no bill as long as I turned in my equipment. I later I received a bill for $50. I immediately called and complained. The guy said its because I didn't turn in my equipment. So I gave him my receipt number. Then he said its was a proration from when I cancelled service. I responded with the service that was not working and thats why I cancelled? I told him to pay the $250 fine and I would pay the proration. I asked to speak to a manager at least 10-15 times. He kept telling me none was available and someone would call me in 3-5 business days. I said no and that I needed to speak to a manager and he proceeded to hang up on me.
