I made phone calls and inquired about computer replacement and configuration. When I called BBM Tech Computer Solutions the call was immediately answered by Brandon Mannie. I explained what I desired. He asked questions about the functions used on the computer. He listened and told me he would send me an eMail explaining hardware options in addition to options and suggestions. Immediately I made my decision to work with Brandon and BBM. We talked. I made a hardware decision. A acceptable bill of charges was presented to me. I agreed and the desktop replacement was initiated. I happily paid the deposit requested and Brandon acquired the new desktop computer. Off site he then preformed the necessary software loading and configurations. At the agreed upon date and time, Brandon arrived with the new hardware. He seriously worked moving the files from the old desktop to the new. He made sure the applications, profiles, related data and other necessary items were on the new computer and working properly. This computer exchange also included moving from Windows10 to Windows11. Brandon described some of the differences and was patience with the questions I had about this new operating system. I am most impressed by the professionalism and skills I experienced by BBM. I was encouraged to call them if I ever have questions. They are willing to do post installation support. Like I mentioned above, after more decades in the IT business, I am most impressed by BBM . If you have a computer issue or need to upgrade your system, contact this company and you will not be disappointed. I gave BBM Tech Computer Solutions a phone call telling them I wanted to erase Microsoft's Edge and be able to receive email from petrxinc.com. I was told their hourly rate for work at my home location was $198/hour and that it would take about an hour to fix the matter. I said OK, and we set up a time and date. BBM Tech Computer Solutions showed up exactly the time and date they said they would. Their computer solutions expert, Brandon was friendly, polite, and professional. He immediately discovered that the reason I was not receiving the email I wanted had nothing to do with my computer, but with the sender's server that blocked all emails going to gmail addresses. He then advised me not to remove Microsoft Edge as it was embedded and its removal could harm my other computer functions. My computer has been working great ever since. Turns out it was something simple as a BIOS update and a clean-up. However, there were no hidden fees and the price was great. Heck, I would even pay more if he had asked. I would recommend this store to anyone who has issues with his/her computer and want to avoid spending as much as a new computer.
