Robbie was knowledgeable and patient answering all of my questions all to find the right service for us. He was quick, on time, communicative and overall great to work with. His services were also reasonably priced compared to others I've reached out to. I would highly recommend him to others! read more

If you want good customer service and quick response time than this is the company for you. The owner is Robbie and Javier is the one who came to do the job. Both were pleasant, friendly and polite. Appointment time was kept and I was kept informed of their eta. If only most business were this easy to deal with. I am so happy with the job, their efficiency and friendly service. This will definitely be my go to locksmith and sec Update: I had to use them again and the owner Robbie came out. He told me he would call when he was 30 minutes away and guess what??? HE DID!!! So sadly atypical of Miami customer service. I was stuck in traffic and he had to wait an additional 30 minutes and he could not have been more gracious and patient. He successfully repaired my issue and his fee was reasonable. This is a business that deserves repeat customers! Thank you again Robbie! read more

Robbie was very friendly, professional and honest. We are so happy that he has helped us with all of our locks And we are thinking about his security system after he took the time to explain what his services were and how he could help us. Very recommended read more

Fast & reliable. I was locked out of my apartment for 2 hours. They got me back in under 1 minute & replaced a small piece in the dead bolt that kept getting my key jammed. Whole thing took 10 minutes. Highly recommended. read more

Robbie is amazing. Got the job done quick. On time. Good customer service which is very rare here in Miami

I can't say "thank you" enough to Robbie and his stellar support crew - Doug, Javier and James. They set up an eight camera security system in my home quickly, professionally and were true gentlemen in every respect. I spent a good deal of time looking for someone to handle this project and just wasn't comfortable with anyone until I met Robbie. He has expert knowledge of available systems, makes great recommendations and when he has finished walking you through the process, you will be entirely assured that you found the right person for the job. I know I did. read more

That is the best lock company. Robert came on time to my house, did an amazing job. He actually went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with the service. I'm glad I've used him as my lock company, would definitely use him again in the future and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you for the job well done read more

Don't do it! All started out well with Robbie, who installed several magnetic locks at our office. Then we started having problems, one of the keypads started malfunctioning and we needed to change combinations - and for the past 9 months we have been trying to get them to come back and fix. They continually make appointments to come to the office, then never show up - or they come after hours and complain that they showed up and nobody was there. Finally gave up and called another locksmith, who took one look at the system and said we'd better call whoever installed it, the system was installed wrong and he would need to totally redo it. Not sure where all the other reviews are coming from because these people are awful! read more

Highly recommend! Robbie was very responsive, professional, pleasant and efficient from start to finish.

Where do you start when you have so much to say about a company that simply understands the meaning of quality and service? I will start with this simple review. Need locks, cameras, security systems, etc, call Dr. Locks. PERIOD. Great friendly service with a price that doesn't empty the bank. Locked out or in a bind, Dr. Locks is not hard to find. Great Job guys. Thanks for the incredible work. read more

Dr. Locks set up the entire security system for my company in Aventura. Robbie did it all in a day and were very helpful when explaining the instructions and setup. It's a very easy, user-friendly system to learn and we're very happy we used Dr. Locks! I would recommend to anyone and everyone! Great job. read more

I have to disagree with previous review. They installed a deadbolt and rekeyed 5 other locks to the new Key. I was only provided two keys for 7 locks. The key cannot be duplicated at HD, only by a locksmith. I called and texted numerous times to get them to come back and make the additional keys. Once the check cleared the bank they stopped responding to texts and calls. They ripped me off. Choose someone else if you need work done. Tell all your family friends and aquaintances to stay away from Dr. Locks. read more

First - these guys were completely professional and above all, conscious of what was happening around them. We're in a very busy office environment where we have reps on the phone, sales meetings and executive briefings. We didn't even know they were here. Clean, courteous and a fast installation. The quality of the products are second-to-none. Robbie & team fully trained us before he left, made sure we were 150% satisfied and up and running. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Miami area. You don't find this level of dependability or honesty today... Dr. Locks is the real deal. read more

Rob is the only reliable locksmith I've met is Miami. I called him he answered right away, came two days later when it was convenient for both of us and took care of the lock I had butchered. He setup a remote to open and close a magnetic lock by HID. He was quick, clean and professional. I was able to pay with my credit card instead of needing a check (I didn't have one) I asked him to come look at another job that I have with an outdoor gate and an intercom system. I can't believe I found someone I can trust. read more

Although my initial impression was favorable, when one of the panel systems they installed did not work and had to be removed so it could be replaced, I found they were completely unresponsive to my numerous inquiries as to when they would return to finish the job. A year later, although I paid for the installation of three security panels, I have not heard back from the company to finish the job. They have provided me with lots of excuses, promises to get in touch and finish the work, etc. - but I still have only two working panels and an ugly bracket on the wall where the third panel is supposed to be. I would not recomend this company! Donna B. 9/10/14 read more

These guys are fairly-priced, not a a major rip-off like the rest of the "emergency 24-hr locksmiths" in the Miami area. I called Dr Locks 2 days after I had paid another locksmith $170 to get me into my condo when my lock was jammed. The first locksmith was able to force and wiggle my key enough to open the door (it took 2 seconds). I knew he got lucky but I told him that the lock had jammed before, therefore I would continue to get locked out... He told me to replace the entire mechanism, there was nothing he could do (except charge me $170 for doing nothing!). Dr Locks came and took apart my entire lock and put it back together. They fixed the problem and the cost was about $100 cheaper. Go figure. read more

Robbie and his guys at Dr Locks installed an AWESOME camera system for our house a couple months back. It is truly amazing and even more than we expected. The install was seamless and everything works perfectly! He even helped us set the app up on our phones and has answered all questions we have had. He also has changed the locks on our house and was quickly able to provide us with extra keys when we needed more at a later date. Professional and quick response every time! read more

Robbie was so helpful! Even though he was at the end of his day, he came down to help us with the locks on our shutters, which had gotten stuck, a couple days after the hurricane. He was able to open them quickly and avoid using the drill. He was very nice, and we would definitely use his service again! read more

Robbie and his crew set up a 13 camera system for our office building and upgraded all of our locks with access control. Affordable prices, great service, professional and nice team. Thanks so much! read more
