Not a bad experience. I arrived 15 min before closing. I was addressed within 2 min of being there. When the young woman with the long dark hair was done with one customer they called me. It took no more than 7 min to be in and out. There were other people in the store as well. The only thing that I would change is I would have them have a check in counter and a display screen or something to account for the customers that walk in and have them taken care of in order. It would be a nightmare on a busy day to decipher who came first if someone isn't paying attention. Other than that. No issues. read more

I am trying to rate Xfinity overall not one particular store. They are the worst, two cellular lines for $40. Then I was charged $40 for going over in the first month. I had T-Mobile for 10 years and never went over. I am an adult user. To add more Gigabytes and spam protection was another $50 a month. Do Not use Xfinity mobile. read more

for the past 8 yrs I have been an Xfinity customer. I always pay at the kiosk, but for the last 4 months, I put my phone number and my house number in, the system tells me that it don't exist. every month for the last 4 months I have had a employee investigate this issue, but it's still happening. yesterday I went to pay my bill like I usually do, except I am on a walker, that I have Ben. on for 3 months. 2 employees were at the podium by the door, seen me coming to the door, just stood there, yakkin and on their phones, didn't even bother to help me, even though they seen me struggling to get thru the door. I went in, had to find my account number cuz the same account issue is happening, finally paid my bill, headed to leave, again, these 2 just said have a nice day, didn't bother to open the door for me. I stopped in the Xfinity Service Center to make some changes to my services and begin a new contract because my stay in Visalia has been extended because the tenants renting my Long Beach home asked me for another one-year lease. (cha-ching) I have come in here a few times, and the service is quite friendly and helpful. Employees are knowledgeable with the services and equipment. Xfinity as a service provider is another story. A few hours after placing a November 1 order, my cable TV was turned off for some odd unexplained reason which required a one-hour technical support call. Problem solved. The COVID-19 precautions here are top notch. Services such as equipment exchange or returns are handled under a covered tent outside with no need to enter the store. Staff is masked and masks are required. Capacity inside the store is limited, social distancing is enforced, and employee stations are protected by plexiglass walls. read more

From the time we walked in to the time we walked out we were there for 30 minutes. We were quickly greeted by one of the store associates and checked in by another. We sat and waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes. We were helped by Carlos. We went in to upgrade two of our lines. The store did not have the phones we wanted but we were able to order them and they will arrive in two days. Carlos also gave us information in regards to a discount that's available for internet. I was hesitant about signing up for their internet service. I did't have much of a choice as they were about the only company which services my area. ( I use AT&T U Verse at my other house ). Xfinity offers a 30 day trial with the option to cancel with no fees. You can't go wrong and if I didn't like their service , I will discontinue on the 29th day. I went to their store 3 different occasions and spoke to 3 different sales consultant. Each time , I was given 3 different pricing on plans strictly for internet. Can you believe this BS ? Each time , I walked out furious. This is as bad as buying car So, on my 4th visit , Juan Carlos Bejarano was my sales consultant. I explained to him the BS , I've putting up with on my previous occasions. I just want internet service and nothing else. He throughly searched and found me the best price plan available and was better than what I was quoted my previous 3 visits. Who doesn't have WiFi set up in their house in 2019? You guessed it, this sad soul right here haha. I'm starting school in a few days and decided it's probably time I get it. I purchased the monthly WiFi and modem / router online and did store pick up for free. I was too cheap to spend money on shipping so I opted to drive to the nearest location. Once I got here I was greeted by Mike opening the door for me and welcoming me inside, from there he asked me what he could help me with and then he took me the little office area to get me my items. He was so friendly and helpful and walked me through how to set it all up! This location is only a few months old and is super modern and bright, it kind of reminded me of the Apple Stores. I wanted to take more pictures but didn't want to look weird haha. They have TVs mounted on the walls, a lot of seating areas and super friendly employees, I was in and out in under 15 mins. honestly worst internet provider i have ever had they promise fast speeds but every other week they have outages, and when it is good we can't watch normal tv without the voices matching the screen or platforms won't work. you'll be better off going to cricket for a hotspot that will work faster and more reliable. After having multiple frustrations over the past few months as well as an increase in pricing, I had had enough with the call centers lack of empathy or willingness to do anything and decided to make one last effort in store. Very accommodating when over billing or taking your money, but will offer no assistance beyond that. You will speak to every different person and be on hold for hours then days & in my case may never resolve the issue, but will be billed & over charged. Is it that the "customer service" reps are "working" from home? I'm not sure, I only know that they are completely ineffective at best and will just lie and say the problem is fixed or make false promises to get you to hang up knowing that you will only have to call back, wait on hold for another hour/ hours and speak to another 50 people. Horible customer service! My wife and I visited the store hoping to take advantage of an offer that we recived from Xfinity though the mail. We waited about 40 minutes to be seen. The lady attending to us (I wish I could remember her name so I could file a complaint) informed us that she might now be able to honor the promotion in store, that it might be an online or call in only thing. As you can imagine my wife and I were pretty annoyed because we pretty much just wasted 45 minutes of our time. No where on the paper does it say that this is not an instore offer. In fact at the bottom of the paper it said to call or visit the mooney store. When we pointed this out to the employ and expressed out concern about our bill going up while we are still receiving the same service she was very rude and dismissive. All she needed to say sorry for the inconvenience, but instead she told us that prices go up just like gas prices go up. She started to insinuate somthing about because we were trying to look for a discount that we were "hoodwinking the system" but before she could escalate the situation I told her that we were just going to leave. Both my wife and I are furious that a business could treat their costumers so poorly. Especially when trying to extend their contract for another year. Never again will I visit that store and I am strongly considering canceling my service altogether. read more

I was told by a customer rep on the phone to go to the Visalia store and exchange a faulty fxipod box, didnt work they could not do the exchange. We have been trying to get our internet going for 3 weeks. First xfinity cut the cable off for 4 days and we didn't get out modem by mail, so we drove to Fresno 45 miles to pick up modem because the Visalia store said they could not give us a modem. for three weeks we have been calling and trying to get the fxipod to work in our house, no luck at all, so the customer service person on the phone told us to take it to the Visalia store and exchange it. I get to the store and they they can't exchange it, maybe the manager could help me but he was not there. Another problem is the Visalia store does not have a phone number. Poor communication between the company and the sites, and the customer gets the short end of the stick. I'm so mad right now I could turn this internet off and start with someone else. Customer service it horrible and no one seems to know how to help us. We should be compensated for all our lost time a d trips to the visalia and Fresno store. angry and so dissatisfied with Xfinity read more

Then, supposedly I signed something different on the contract (TV supposedly free first month, then "surprise" fee appears on second month that I knew nothing about since I do not watch regular TV, supposedly approved by their legal team because it was deceivingly worded, yet embedded somehow), and now I am stuck with higher bill for a year. This is the worst xfinity service center I have even been in. They are trying to copy the Apple stores and other phone stores. It's not working. When you try to find someone to wait on you you can't. It took 20 minutes just to get put on a list and then another 40 minutes for someone to wait on you. In the meantime the customer service representatives are just walking not waiting on anyone. When I asked if they could maybe start waiting on some of us, I was told that they were just stating their shift and doing the best they can. Well they are really good at avoiding the customers. And the sad part is that most of us were holding boxes that just needed to be turned in. I know it a new store, but it's a disorganized place to do your business.
