Definitely highly recommend to just go to the actual Verizon store in Hanford by the Home Depot. There are no phones on display so I hope your well aware of what precise phone your seeking. We were not quite aware of the sizes of each phone, didn't realize until we received the phone that it was smaller than expected, had to switch phone while still in store did not receive promo credit on plan ultimately. Do yourself a favor and just drive to the Hanford store. Raul was very unwilling to help and extremely dismissive. The worst experience I've had at any Verizon store. As a third party retailer, all they want is your money. Stick to corporate stores. They have a much more friendly and understanding staff. And this store was so raggedy compared to Hanford. Their upkeep and maintenance is horrible and depressing. read more

Horrible experience....Ordered phones as they had none in stock had to wait for them to come in...Once received they said they only had 2 of the 3 phones order but then suddenly found the 3rd phone....They then could not activate the phones and stated that we would have to come back the following day. we went in to find out the location was closed for the next 3 days. Still don't have our phones..The staff was rude and unapologetic about all the inconvenience. read more

My wife and I did not purchase our phones and home phone at this store, we purchased them in Hanford while running errands simply because it was convenient at the time. Yet, we came to this store because we couldn't figure out how to set up our home phone and we didn't know how to use our smart phones. We were reluctant to go to Hanford store, the service we received was barely tolerable!e and the wait time was very long. I'm very glad my wife and I chose to come to Lemoore. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the two employees who were assisting customers. Five minutes later the young lady who I believe is manager set up both our phones with our emails, uploadedour pictures and contacts and showed us how to navigate through our phones. She was a gem. I was surprised to find out she was manager considering how young she was. The store was spotless, her employees polite and pleasant and her knowledge extensive. SHe explained in detail how to set up our home phone yet once we got home we just could not figure it out. It took one call to the Lemoore store and the young lady sent her employee to our house to install the phone. We were beyond grateful. I recommend this store to everyone! Lemoore is lucky to have them. read more
