This is more than just an inconvenience as my wife's CPAP machine needs to upload data every half-hour. We have had mulitiple nights were the machine has reported no data (ie that my wife has died) which causes her hospital to dispatch an emergency response team to our home while we are sleeping peacefully. The ERT is a fast acting, elite trained force of professionals who do not hesitate to break through windows and kick down doors. We have had to replace our bedroom window FOUR TIMES in the past two months. I will be sending the bill to Greenlight Wireless. One addendum: my wife wanted me to point out that though she needs a CPAP machine, she's not a landwhale. She's a normal sized woman. About 5'2 with enormous breasts. Her septum is deviated and so she has the symptoms of a fattie without all the lard. Thanks for nothing Greenlight Wireless!

I've contacted the BBB & i don't think they are even responding to them! Even when the wifi was working (& there's a router right outside my apartment), the service was still low & would cut out all the time. It was 'ok' for being free, but being without service for over a week is unbearable!

I ordered…read morethe services via online chat with Verizon (and kept a copy of the transcript) and was presented with a definitive price. Turns out I paying $20 more than quoted. The area supervisor called after my company satisfaction survey and promised someone would contact me about the difference in the stated charge and what I'm paying and also provide a channel line up. No one ever called me. I repeatedly tried to reach that supervisor and only succeeded in getting his voice mail. I left very clear messages requesting a call back and he's ignored every message. Is this how Verizon hopes to keep customers? Think twice before you buy this service.

If we signed up for cable, wifi, and landline, we'd initially get a bill close to $300, but after installation we could request an educator's discount ($15), cancel the landline ($30), and reduce the wifi from 1 GB to 300 Mb, which would then cost us around $225. Today we had the installation. When we tried to access or even create a working account our efforts failed. In a brief moment of speaking to a real person, my wife was told we had to have been given the educator's discount at the time of signing the contract. She also was told that if we canceled the landling the cost would go up considerably. We've tried to get another real person to talk to, but it's impossible. Chad also told us he'd provide his contact info so he could solve problems. He didn't. We are retired and were delighted when Chad gave us the breakdown, and how to get those discounts. This is taking advantage of old retired folks, and, simply, lying. If we cannot get this resolved as Chad promised we are going to file a number of BBB and other complaints.

Been on the phone for 2 days and still not fixed. They do not care about loyal customers. And the services they provide aren't even that great. Worst company I have ever dealt with!

    I had the misfortune of having to visit this Comcast Customer Service location last week. The…read morepurpose of this visit was my new voice activated remote control died. So since Comcast "rents" equipment I call them to have it replaced. Well, well. If your remote breaks, no fault of your own, you have to take it to a service location or they will charge you $5.99 for a replacement. What?! I pay these @sses over $200.00 a month and they charge me to replace faulty equipment. Unbelievable??! But actually when it comes to cable providers totally believable. So I trek down to my local Comcast center, which really isn't local, just the closest to me, to stand in line for 35 minutes while two customer service reps wait on people in front of me. Let's talk about this space. Gross. It smelled of old cigarette butts, BO, and moldy towels. The patrons in front of me were of the finest breeds. Most couldn't stand for some reason. I just had knee surgery less than a week before and was standing better than these people slumping and kicking their boxes or whatnots. My biggest complaint was there were only 5 people ahead of me and I waited 35 minutes! This may have been understandable but there were at least 5 people working in the store, but only two helping customers. And the one lady was helping one customer the whole time I waited, so basically only one person waiting on customers. I was so freaking annoyed, I really wanted to yell out, do one of you other Comcast employees want to wait on customers since we do pay your salaries?! Saving grace. When I finally made it to the one employee waiting on people she quickly gave me a replacement remote and took my broken one. Didn't ask for my account #, ID or anything. Tip to anyone who wants to hustle remotes! Just kidding...maybe. She was nice, polite, and got me on my way within seconds of talking to her. She saved this place from being a one star establishment, but really this place is just awful. Avoid if you can.

    After I scheduled a move with xfinity for the end of december, they made an "error" and turned our…read moreservice off 2 weeks before the date I scheduled. Could not get ANYONE on the phone to help. So we drove to our xfinity store on freeport road in the waterworks. The employee immediately says I cant help you with that and gives us incorrect information instead of listening to the problem I had just explained. After telling them we can't get a live person on the phone and that she was looking at the wrong account she gave us a different help line which helped solve the problem ( of course they couldn't do anything for us but instead of being dismissive offer your loyal customers the help line.) All the while we were on the help line the three employees there all spoke loudly amongst themselves and laughed at tik tok videos. They are truly unprofessional. While the help line did solve the problem and was very courteous and patient, it was a terribly long process. Took an 1.5 just to get our router turned back on. We will be switching companies in the future becuase this has been the second strike with this awful company. Just earlier this year we got charged almost $200 for making a text and a two minute phone call in Canada. We called xinfinty and they apologized and refunded us the money. Only for a month later for the charge to reappear again and when we didn't pay the extra charge but our regular bill they turned our service off. we went through three different phone calls of them removing the charge over and over only to have them keep turning our service off. Truly awful company we will be switching in the future.
