In and out...had to return gateway and check billing problem...John was very helpful and answered my question in short time...

After I scheduled a move with xfinity for the end of december, they made an "error" and turned our service off 2 weeks before the date I scheduled. Could not get ANYONE on the phone to help. So we drove to our xfinity store on freeport road in the waterworks. The employee immediately says I cant help you with that and gives us incorrect information instead of listening to the problem I had just explained. After telling them we can't get a live person on the phone and that she was looking at the wrong account she gave us a different help line which helped solve the problem ( of course they couldn't do anything for us but instead of being dismissive offer your loyal customers the help line.) All the while we were on the help line the three employees there all spoke loudly amongst themselves and laughed at tik tok videos. They are truly unprofessional. While the help line did solve the problem and was very courteous and patient, it was a terribly long process. Took an 1.5 just to get our router turned back on. We will be switching companies in the future becuase this has been the second strike with this awful company. Just earlier this year we got charged almost $200 for making a text and a two minute phone call in Canada. We called xinfinty and they apologized and refunded us the money. Only for a month later for the charge to reappear again and when we didn't pay the extra charge but our regular bill they turned our service off. we went through three different phone calls of them removing the charge over and over only to have them keep turning our service off. Xfinity is the most frustrating internet provider to be stuck with. I have to restart my modem/router at least once a day if not more. It continuously cuts out randomly in the middle of the day. Insanely annoying to deal with when you work from home and require internet to get any work done. If anyone else serviced my area I would cancel that instant. I pay way too much for internet that is less reliable than my phones hotspot... they sent me replacement equipment 2 months back and the problem continues. Yet their customer service continues to hassle me to return the old equipment that has already been returned. Maybe focus on improving your crappy product than collecting the faulty equipment that is already back in your possession? To say I'm over Xfinity and their terrible product is an understatement. Had called Comcast to see if I could return my cable box and they said yes. Went to the Aspinwall location to return it and after waiting an hour in a long line I was told they couldn't because it was somehow a part of the package I had. I called Comcast again and they didn't understand what the problem was, so I went to the Monroeville location and they took it without any issue. The manager at Aspinwall seemed less interested in serving customers than he was in getting rid of them and talking about golf or whatever. read more

went in today because one of my lines has a sos and I am unable to utilize my phone. last there was rude would not help said because I had a payment plan balance on my account she cannot do anything. I called the main number the representative was able to order me a sim card will arrive in 2 days !! I wasted lyft money there and back for no reason. ! Went today without an appointment, there were two people in front of me and the manager immediately took care of us. Just had to swap out our modem, and it was probably the quickest trip to xfinity I've had. Much better than a few years ago read more

If you need anything I recommend doing it over the phone/internet and waiting for shipping. It'll still be a quicker process than doing anything in this store. Awful service, rude associates, full of every excuse under the sun. Nobody knows what they're doing seemingly everyone is new and in training, but no manager in sight. read more

I have never been treated worse at a store in my entire life. I was mocked, ridiculed and made to feel like the issues I had with my service and bill were a joke to the entire store. It was literally unbelievable. Prepare yourself. read more
