I hired Josh to install my new Lockly keyless entry door handle. He did a fantastic job, and I was so impressed I started lining up other projects for him to do! I never write reviews but I got on here to write him an outstanding 5/5 review. But I'm sad to have to change it to 3/5 stars. Once I got my list of other projects, I called/texted him 5 times and wasted 2 weeks waiting for a reply, but he never once returned my call or text. I'm enormously disappointed. I thought I found a reliable handyman. If someone can't do the job, they should at least have the decency to let you know. So 5 stars for quality of work, 0 stars for dependability = average of 2.5 stars, so I rounded up to give him the benefit of the doubt. read more

Griffins Handyman - Home Automation Near Me

Josh did an awesome job on my TV Mounting, and had very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Josh for any Handyman needs.

Josh was fantastic! Provided me a quote for hanging my TV within minutes. He did a great job - centered nicely and all of the wires were hidden well. I was missing a couple of screws for the mount, and Josh was able to find the perfect fit in his truck. Also found a break in the extension cord I had and took the time to make a fix. Would absolutely recommend and will be calling him for my next TV to be mounted. read more

Griffins Handyman - TV mounting - Home Automation Near Me

Contacted Josh to assemble 8 dining chairs. He was available same day and had great communication. He arrived with a marked vehicle and got started right away. He assembled all 8 in 90 minutes and even broke down all of the cardboard. I would recommend Josh and will be using him again myself. read more

Needed a door sanded down, fairly simple job. Handyman Communicated well and got the job done. No complaints here!

We found Josh in an online search. The first 2 projects he did for us were to install a flat screen TV on a mount on our stone veneer fireplace, and replace the wire shelves in our pantry with more sturdy, solid ones. He did such a good job on those projects, we had him back to install three overhead shelves (4'x8', 4'x6", 3'x8') in our garage. Josh is friendly and professional. He also listens well and actually heard us when we were explaining what we wanted done for each project. We would hire Josh again without hesitation. read more

We found Josh through a random online search after moving into a new townhouse. Our build was a rollercoaster due to various reason and we needed someone last minute to set up a few things for us so we could feel a bit at home in the first few days while juggling moving. On the first visit, he arrived promptly and pleasantly. He removed his shoes and came with his own equipment and tarp. He was very clean with his work space, which we appreciated with everything being so new. Mostly, he works FAST. He put together our entertainment system in under an hour. It would have taken us 10 hours and a divorce. He is efficient. So efficient we brought him back to do our backsplash, sink, shelving, chandeliers, fan. There's really nothing he can't seem to do and he's very honest and upfront if he feels like a job can't or shouldn't be done. He's knowledgeable, which was really useful for us as first time homeowners. He's also very pleasant to be around and trustworthy. It's best to give him multiple things to do per visit because he will fly through the list and get them done right and fast. We have a few other things we've been waiting on having him complete for us once spring rolls around. We can't recommend him more. read more

I had great experience with Josh. He communicated the time and was in constant touch. I was struggling with fixing my closets and he did all of that and more in less than 4 hours. Cutting the wood panel, customizing the closet and installed double rods in each closet. He even covered up previous holes and cleaned after the work. Love his dedication, speed and work done. He is coming up again to take care of my nest hello installation read more

I worked with Josh to repair a door I broke. He was incredibly polite very reasonably priced and amazing at repairs! Highly recommend.

Contacted Josh after another handyman blew me off. He was easy to communicate with and got back to me promptly. He let me know he was on his way and arrived right when he said he would. I appreciated that he arrived in a vehicle labeled with his company name and also had on a shirt with the same company info. He took his shoes off when he came inside, and I didn't even ask! He was friendly, got right to work, and finished within the timeframe he had estimated. He even moved a piece of furniture back when he was done that I had moved out of his way. Ultimately I'm glad the other handyman blew me off because now I know I have someone reliable to give my business to going forward. I will not hesitate to call Josh again when I need help with another project. read more

We needed to mount a couple TVs and had some electrical items to be fixed. Griffins went above and beyond making sure all the wiring was correct and even fixed a couple small things around the house that we noticed while he was here. Great experience and value - I highly recommend using Josh for TV mounting services at a minimum. He responded with a requested quote very quickly, gave a fair quote/price, showed up on time, and most importantly was meticulous in mounting the television and hiding the wires. Our tv was mounted above a fireplace and the wall was brick so he was unable to conceal the wires in the wall, but he provided the next best solution which included using conduit to conceal the wires. He needed to go to the store to pick up some required parts, but he did not charge extra for his time or for the conduit. In addition, he was courteous and cleaned up after himself. He's also a handyman and we plan on using him for future work due to the aforementioned attributes. read more
