I get…read morean email last night telling me that my service has been disconnected for nonpayment on the 30th. I call them this morning and tell them that wasn't the date that was picked that was 8 February And they said well that's what was putting in the computer so not only are they not turning it back on, I have to pay my bill in full plus another 200 for a reinstall it. Because it was their fault. When I spoke to a supervisor, the supervisor said, we could go back-and-forth on this, but it's not gonna matter because once you get the email that you're being shut off, there's nothing more he can do. It was the biggest scam I've ever seen. I've been with them for years and all of a sudden recently, I started getting these emails from them saying that my bill has been running late which it hasn't and that my payments were dollars short which they weren't and I kept sending proof over. It was terrible. They finally I told him just keep it off. I can't deal with you guys anymore

We noticed they were charging us $160 for about 4 to 5 months without any notification and without supplying any service and refused to pay us money back. We talked to several employees and managers and not a single one were able to refund our money back that they stole from us without supplying any services. how is this legal? You should be ashamed of yourselves. We will never give you our business again As well as we will spread the word to as many as we can about not using you as a cable provider.

    My dad has been a customer with Dish since the beginning..literally. I never got involved with his…read morebills until recently (to help him learn how to pay online). I was astounded when I saw how much he pays for this service! He watches around 10 channels, 15 at the absolute maximum. Dish needs to come out with an option where we can personalize what we want to watch, not what THEY want us to watch. It's not fair that we should have to pay such an absurd amount of money for something we don't use! Plus, as soon as it starts getting cloudy we lose signal! Forget about it it rains or the wind blows faster than 5mph, our signal is gone long before then! Which brings me to my next point. We've been losing a bunch of our channels due to "complete loss of signal" for over a week now. After a 20 minute conversation with a representative I couldn't understand and a bunch of "tests" he had me run, he finally set up for a technician to come out and fix it. Fast forward to the next day, the technician assessed the issue but long story short, he couldn't fix it. Before he left he asked to use the bathroom. Which we, of course, allowed. The next person to use the bathroom noticed that the water was still running in the tank of the toilet. My dad came to the conclusion that the technician broke the flapper by pushing too hard on the handle when he flushed. Not an expensive/difficult fix but that's not the point. Moral of this review: I do not recommend Dish. Not one part of this company is worth what you'll pay.

    Everyone in this store was so kind, helpful and fast working. Taylor was helping me with a phone…read moreissue and he did the best he could to help. I also had my three young children two 7 year olds and a 5 year old and they let them play on the phones. One gentleman was kind enough to hook up the games for them, he was very interactive keeping them entertained for a short moment when he didn't have a customer. He was even so kind that he went out of his way asking if the kids needed any water or anything because it was a long time we were waiting for the phone fix. I would definitely come back to this location.

I'm a single mom working full time, gave my daughter a new phone for Christmas and she cracked the brand new screen protector 3 days later. I dreaded going to the store right after Christmas on my lunch break. When I walked in Dave and the only other nice person working with him were slammed with a line of people. He could see it all over my face I was in a hurry when he looked up and remembered me from a few days ago. He quickly asked the issue and explained to the store of people waiting he was going to handle mine because he could multi-task with other customers while replacing the screen and he already knew what everyone else was there for that required more of his attention. He then proceeded to replace our screen while helping 2 other customers with their phones at the same time and also his coworker. Had he not done that I was looking at an hour wait and would have needed to come back another time which would have been irritating. I appreciate Dave's customer service, he literally was able to work with 4 people simultaneously while keeping the store crowd informed of status updates so they had an idea of how much longer and kept their frustrations down. I'm not sure what you are paying Dave but I am sure its not enough!
