I reluctantly purchased a new phone, which requires a plan upgrade. Two days later I returned it, because I was lied to about the plan cost. It took months to return to the lower priced plan. When I tried to get help about it, the manager on duty was extremely rude and insulting! It took months, but I have proof that Xfinity is scamming customers by data loading accounts to make it look like you're using way more data. I average less than .25 gig/month. They data loaded my account to over 3 gig! DO NOT USE XFINITY MOBILE!!!!

I had called last week to set up a payment plan I'll approved. It was to begin on 8 January. I get…read morean email last night telling me that my service has been disconnected for nonpayment on the 30th. I call them this morning and tell them that wasn't the date that was picked that was 8 February And they said well that's what was putting in the computer so not only are they not turning it back on, I have to pay my bill in full plus another 200 for a reinstall it. Because it was their fault. When I spoke to a supervisor, the supervisor said, we could go back-and-forth on this, but it's not gonna matter because once you get the email that you're being shut off, there's nothing more he can do. It was the biggest scam I've ever seen. I've been with them for years and all of a sudden recently, I started getting these emails from them saying that my bill has been running late which it hasn't and that my payments were dollars short which they weren't and I kept sending proof over. It was terrible. They finally I told him just keep it off. I can't deal with you guys anymore

We noticed they were charging us $160 for about 4 to 5 months without any notification and without supplying any service and refused to pay us money back. We talked to several employees and managers and not a single one were able to refund our money back that they stole from us without supplying any services. how is this legal? You should be ashamed of yourselves. We will never give you our business again As well as we will spread the word to as many as we can about not using you as a cable provider.

They don't have to deal with someone who's frustrated at being inconvenienced enough to come back in and return something in the first place, because I wasn't given the right information to begin with. On top of that, I was annoyed with all the intake questions when I kept saying, let's just get me over to a kiosk and pull up my account on the screen -- everything you need is noted there. They wanted to stand there and debate whose "energy" was the problem. Absolutely horrible, and some of them just plain unprofessional. I have a right to be mad. I wasn't disrespectful -- I just didn't want to deal with Teresa after her abrasive, combative approach annoyed me. And once I was being helped by the manager, she still thought it was okay to come back over, even though I clearly wanted her away from me.

My dad has been a customer with Dish since the beginning..literally. I never got involved with his…read morebills until recently (to help him learn how to pay online). I was astounded when I saw how much he pays for this service! He watches around 10 channels, 15 at the absolute maximum. Dish needs to come out with an option where we can personalize what we want to watch, not what THEY want us to watch. It's not fair that we should have to pay such an absurd amount of money for something we don't use! Plus, as soon as it starts getting cloudy we lose signal! Forget about it it rains or the wind blows faster than 5mph, our signal is gone long before then! Which brings me to my next point. We've been losing a bunch of our channels due to "complete loss of signal" for over a week now. After a 20 minute conversation with a representative I couldn't understand and a bunch of "tests" he had me run, he finally set up for a technician to come out and fix it. Fast forward to the next day, the technician assessed the issue but long story short, he couldn't fix it. Before he left he asked to use the bathroom. Which we, of course, allowed. The next person to use the bathroom noticed that the water was still running in the tank of the toilet. My dad came to the conclusion that the technician broke the flapper by pushing too hard on the handle when he flushed. Not an expensive/difficult fix but that's not the point. Moral of this review: I do not recommend Dish. Not one part of this company is worth what you'll pay.
