I had water damage in the basement of a rental property I own that occurred in early July 2021. The company came out to assess the situation in a timely manner. After weeks of telling me they were doing work and setting dehumidifiers, it turned out they had been doing the work on a neighbors home and not at my property! Despite this egregious mistake on their behalf, I was understanding of their mistake under the assumption they would surely finish work on the unit they were contracted to do work on in a timely manner. On September 13th, I visited the property and nothing has been done. Their machines were left running in my basement for weeks, mold is growing in the carpets and the walls, and they will not return phone calls or even attempt to rectify the situation. Jason Roberts, the general manager has told me twice they will be out to the property and has clearly not shown up on either occasion. Dave the owner is lackluster and was not even aware that the work was not completed and seemingly had no idea they even made a mistake.
