He clearly wanted my business and had been in his field for a long time. He knew his stuff. He was also very personable and it was clear he was an honest man. I mentioned some other items around my home I was looking to get fixed, such as painting two exterior doors, pressure washing the house, front walk, and an out building, deck repairs, and repairs to the siding of the home. Ric left, prepared me an electronic estimate with all items delineated, I signed the agreement, placed the deposit, and we were off! My mom lives in the home. She is elderly and can be a handful. Ric was able to take care of all of the work and also deal with my mom. My mom loved him! Ric and his team did exceptional work. His level of communication was perfect. He sent text messages with pictures, he prepared estimates and electronic forms for add on work he suggested and I approved. He didn't just ignore things he found; he communicated them to me, empowering me to make an informed decision. His workmanship is off the charts. He is perfect. We had moss, lichen and other green crud growing on our siding, brick work, side walk, sunroom roof and stairs. They were TERRIFIC! Very nice people. Our yard has rhododendrons and azaleas in bloom. They worked around them without any ill effect. The result is AMAZING. Our house looks terrific. I am now going to use them every 2 years.
