When Cleaning Service LLC came, they didn't say the job was a restoration- they said it was deep cleaning, didn't complain once and went straight to work. They worked hard 2 people for 11-12hrs and got my house sparkling clean in the formal living room, formal dining room, laundry area, downstairs bathroom, hallway to garage, kitchen, family room, upstairs master bathroom. Their attention to detail was amazing. They deep hand cleaned wall, wainscot, baseboards, window panes, window sills, floor, light switch plates, faucets, sinks, shower, grout, if it's part of the room, it was cleaned. It was AMAZING to see their can do no complaints attitude and the BEST part? What they promised, they delivered. Every room had cobwebs, mold, dirt and by the time they were done, sparkling clean. In the work done by other painters we hired, we can still see the brush strokes on parts of the walls. Bob sanded everything down (& no mess, either) before applying the paint. That helps the paint to really bond to the underlying layers. He's quick and tidy. Sure, you can get someone cheaper, but just remember the old saying: "You get what you pay for". You're stuck with a bad paint job for quite a while. Better to shell out a little more for a job you'll be happy with for years.

The pricing was reasonable and on the lower end compared to competitors. That said, I would have preferred paying a bit more for a team-based approach that could have completed the job in fewer hours with a higher level of efficiency. Additionally, I noticed that David posted a review on Yelp stating I was satisfied, which I found misleading. When I discussed this with David he said you signed an agreement to allow me to take photos and give reviews when you signed your initial contract. I found this a little shady. Reviews should be written by the customers themselves, not the service provider. Overall, I would rate the service as average, around 3 to 4 stars.
