Before they started we asked B&E for addresses of houses with the roof colors we were considering and they emailed the next day with several local homes with those roof colors. That attention to detail and customer care helped us so much, as you can only guess what the roof color will be on your house based on some small samples! They truly went above and beyond - working 14 hour days to get the roof on and watertight before a big storm forecast for the next day. The foreman came the next morning to do finishing touches, including painting the vent pipes Charcoal to match our new roof! They found some unexpected damage to our copper roofing and had a coppersmith out the same day to repair it. He also fashioned a new copper cap for the cupola where the copper had deteriorated - also unexpected. Turned out to be a tornado warning storm With tons of rain and the roof held up great! Service Requested: I contacted Matt asking for information for detailing options for my Nissan. Right from the start he was helpful, informative, kind and accommodating when it came to scheduling. I was referred to Matt's company through a coworker whose car I had been in many times. When I saw the work they did with her detail I was so excited to get the same things done to my car. Their work made her SUV look BRAND NEW so I was excited to schedule an interior and exterior detailing for my own. They're perfect! They didn't look that good when we bought the house 23 years ago, so that was a pleasant surprise! He filled in where needed on the pavers and sealed the entire paver walkway and steps. The pavers haven't looked that good since they were brand new! They were green with mildew and now look beautiful! We live in the woods so we will definitely use them again for sure!
