When Cleaning Service LLC came, they didn't say the job was a restoration- they said it was deep cleaning, didn't complain once and went straight to work. They worked hard 2 people for 11-12hrs and got my house sparkling clean in the formal living room, formal dining room, laundry area, downstairs bathroom, hallway to garage, kitchen, family room, upstairs master bathroom. Their attention to detail was amazing. They deep hand cleaned wall, wainscot, baseboards, window panes, window sills, floor, light switch plates, faucets, sinks, shower, grout, if it's part of the room, it was cleaned. It was AMAZING to see their can do no complaints attitude and the BEST part? What they promised, they delivered. Every room had cobwebs, mold, dirt and by the time they were done, sparkling clean. Worst customer service experience ever.I took two area rugs in to be cleaned. The first time I cam…read moreback to pick them up they were not ready. They second time I came back they could not find them? They then refused to refund the cost of cleaning the rugs or the cost of the rugs themselves. They said "it was not their problem". I guess this is the kind of customer service you get from people just out of drug rehab? Now I have to go to District Court and sue them to recover the cost of cleaning plus the two rugs that are gone. As a parent I can definitely say that I would not want any of these creeps working in my home. Especially, if you have small children or any items of value that can be easily pawned. I give them an "F" for customer service.
