They removed the old and took it all with them. There are slabs outside in the back don't miss them. When you go there to look over the slabs in the shop, the area it will be dusty/noisy all part of the experience. They have and will provide hearing protection. One thing, I would install a dust removal system with a large exhaust fan on the back wall if I owned the shop. To at least try and control the dust somewhat.

We loved the product selection and the expert advice Deb gave us. The installers did a great job of completing the project. There was one miscommunication with the order but the company took responsibility and immediately corrected it. Deb then came out to see the final job. This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work. Colonial Marble has a gigantic warehouse with the most extensive and beautiful selection of marble slabs of at least 4 places we visited. The difficulty was deciding on which one to choose. After selecting a beautiful slab they helped us pick out the nicest part for the vanity top and the shower bench. They also made suggestions about how to use the rest of the slab, for example for window sills and thresholds, that we hadn't thought of. Our project ended up being behind schedule by 6 months but they never charged any "storage fees" or other annoying charges. When we were ready for the marble, a very professional guy came out and measured with a laser device. The measurements were accurate and the bull nose edge as well as the rest of the work was precise and looks amazing. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Buyer beware: My advice is to not sign any paperwork until you are sure there are No Damages to…read moreyour property. If you sign off the work order they will not fix any damages. They will say if you didn't see the damage being done they cannot believe you. If they had to fix all the damages their installers do they will be out of business. The quartz countertop is nice. The second caulking job is better but I still have damage to my floor and cabniet.

The pricing is competitive. The salesmen were knowledgeable in construction, so that was a big plus. I found this business on a Wednesday. On Friday we signed a contract and, then, by the next business day, Monday, we had countertops in our home; they also disposed of the old. Every aspect, including plumbing, was managed. During our Tuesday meeting I explained I needed the project to be completed before the first of November. He said he would be able to complete the project next week. The following week I texted Rick on Wednesday to see when he was planning on starting the project. I received no response. A few hours later I called and he said he will be here on Friday, October 30th to do the resurfacing. On Friday Rick never showed up to do the work. I tried texting several times and received no response. I tried calling and he never answered. I tried leaving a voicemail but his message said his voicemailbox was full. I still have not received any response. Needless to say it was not a good experience and I would not recommend their services.
