They removed the old and took it all with them. There are slabs outside in the back don't miss them. When you go there to look over the slabs in the shop, the area it will be dusty/noisy all part of the experience. They have and will provide hearing protection. One thing, I would install a dust removal system with a large exhaust fan on the back wall if I owned the shop. To at least try and control the dust somewhat.

There was one miscommunication with the order but the company took responsibility and immediately corrected it. Deb then came out to see the final job. This, to me, is a great way to measure a company--how they respond when things go wrong. I am thrilled with their products and work and have referred them to friends. One brought in a piece of countertop they used as a cutting board. It had heat damage. Henry Ross was able to buff it out. They, too, were thrilled with their work. The man helping me took me to the floor tile, and let me browse for a few minutes. Before I get to the tile. I just want to say, I felt very uncomfortable. The place lots like it's more for businesses, mansions, estate etc. Not so much for the average home owner.
