We have a relatively new house so I haven't had much need for many contractor services yet. The few times where I did need help, I always get anxious trying to find someone that I feel I could trust won't take advantage of my ignorance of the subject. I'm sincerely glad I reached out to Seely Construction! I hired McKenna's Hardwood floors to refinish the floors in my house. Brian and his team have 25+…read moreyears of experience with hardwood floors and the experience shows. Their quote was in the middle of those I received. McKenna's is the only one who focused solely on flooring though and I made my decision based on that fact. He was also recommended by a family friend who was very happy with the work he did. I appreciated that Brian told me that the quote was the final price I would pay. There were no hidden costs or surprises that would pop up during the work. Brian and his team showed up on time and completed the job when he said they would. The final product is WOW - amazing! I forgot to mention the condition of the floors when they started...they were 1950's floors that had never been refinished. Carpet has been pulled up in certain rooms of the house and there were stains and areas that were so worn he wasn't 100% sure they could make them match or look new. Brian and his team did wonders. The floors look brand new! A neighbor came in and thought I had new hardwood floors installed. When I told her the price to have them refinished, she was wow'd too. Thanks for the great work!! I will be referring business your way.

We had a case of termites and they stripped the floor more than maybe other companies would due to their desire to ensure there was not a single possibility of additional pests. Owner bid the job and…read moreafter 5 other bids for the same product and warranty he was the lowest by about 10 % so we signed the contract. We were the first roof of the season and were very pleased with the crew that came. They removed two layers of shingles, and installed a quality Owen Corning system including the ridge vents and clean up work all the same day. When they left you could not even tell they were here except for a few marks where the ground was soft which no one could of avoided. They have the greatest lady on clean up that removed every last little piece of debris. Another really impressive way they do business was they did not even require any deposit! I found this very unusual on a construction project not to at least require something for the material purchase, but payment at once in full after satisfaction seems to be their forte. I have worked part of my life in machine shops, doing quality control with tolerances in the microns and also have built 4 homes myself with the exception of HVAC and masonry. I would of done this roof myself but my knees and age did not let me. Really am glad I found R E Kuba and I have already left several other friends know who to go for when they need a job done.

Everything was done as scheduled on time. No complaints; would use this contractor again.read more

On the day that I could not be home, Kurt sent me pictures of the progress of their work which was very comforting to me. Needless to say our car tires were in danger! When asked about this they replied that's what happens when a roof is replaced!! My neighbor physically picked up twenty two nails in the parking lot! A few months after the roof was finished I noticed three different areas of my condo had water marks on the ceilings . I contacted the condo association whom sent a handy man over to inspect the situation. He assured me that there was an issue with the roof replacement. We then contacted Klausmair to report the damages. Two young men showed up at my condo only to deny any wrongdoing! They were extremely disrespectful to me as a woman let a lone a home owner. The men told me if the wind blows the wrong way I would get water in the condo!! I'm almost positive that the wind will continue to blow and I find it hard to believe that the wind only blew on my condo since I'm connected to five other condos that had not gotten water on their ceilings! Low and behold after denying my claim to fix my water stains. They returned at a later date to replace/install the roof boot which was not installed at the time of the roof replacement! Just about two weeks ago now a shingle blew off the roof not sure what will happen with that problem!! I would like to warn anyone looking for a roof replacement to go to a professional that will guarantee their work for the duration or the warranty!! This company were so unprofessional and degrading I don't know if I would have them put a roof on a dog house let a lone my home!! Thank you!
