It was our first summer in this house which had a new roof, but it was not installed correctly. Robert inspected, and then showed me with a video he took that the roof around the electric roof vent leaked water when it was hot outside but rained (such as during thunderstorms) since it was summer, but the rain leaked into roof due to vibration. Robert showed me what was happening after he inspected it (he took video), then fixed it for a fair price. Now, 9 months later after last summer, fall and winter seasons, NO problems at all. Plus, Robert installed ridge vents, repaired broken the mortar in the chimney, fixed some other problems (he showed me everything by video first and then after he fixed everything), and sealed my driveway.
