Quoted a roof replacement in January before our solar panels are installed. Owner bid the job and…read moreafter 5 other bids for the same product and warranty he was the lowest by about 10 % so we signed the contract. We were the first roof of the season and were very pleased with the crew that came. They removed two layers of shingles, and installed a quality Owen Corning system including the ridge vents and clean up work all the same day. When they left you could not even tell they were here except for a few marks where the ground was soft which no one could of avoided. They have the greatest lady on clean up that removed every last little piece of debris. Another really impressive way they do business was they did not even require any deposit! I found this very unusual on a construction project not to at least require something for the material purchase, but payment at once in full after satisfaction seems to be their forte. I have worked part of my life in machine shops, doing quality control with tolerances in the microns and also have built 4 homes myself with the exception of HVAC and masonry. I would of done this roof myself but my knees and age did not let me. Really am glad I found R E Kuba and I have already left several other friends know who to go for when they need a job done.

My first judgement on a company is do they have a website & how easy is it to use. My 2nd judgement is the first interaction with a person and my 3rd is: does what the website say match what the people are giving me. Yes Yes Yes for HomeRite! I still can't get over that it was one guy (Rj) who completed install of 5 windows in 2 days! I'm a super perfectionist so the first thing I looked at was the caulking lines. Smooth & near perfect - be fair.. no one is perfect! We had constant communication with the HomeRite team including Brittani & Jason. They double checked their measurements before install. We had a call on the first day of install asking how it was going. I really felt like we were their only customers. No one gives one on one attention like that anymore! Second day RJ called to let us know he was running behind. He said he expected to be here by 930am and was several minutes earlier than that. It's a delight having our new windows and screens in our home. I can open the windows with one finger, they tilt in for easy cleaning, and the screens are easy to take out as needed.
