It took over 2 1/2 days for the 8 man crew to do the job, We have been extremely pleased and found no faults whatsoever. They all worked very hard as a team. I never once saw any of them taking a break until they stopped for lunch. They were very polite and respectful. Their cleanup was excellent. There job was professionally done. This was an excellent crew. We had a total of three estimates, all of which were very close. Although an expensive job, we feel the cost was comparably and completely justified. Ed S. This is NOT the same trusted and respected company it used to be…read more I have used Century for almost 30 years for many projects around the house. Century was always more expensive than others, but they had THEIR OWN dedicated crews and employees and there is stability and accountability in that... THAT is what you expect and that is what you pay for. Well... SURPRIZE! Century now Sub-Contracts out roofing jobs! I was never told that before signing the contract, and frankly only found out when the crew showed up and i noticed they did not have Century vehicles! SO BEWARE you might as well go hire some other roofer at a lower cost, because that is what Century is going to do to you anyway!

Raved about her experience with Home Rite & now I get to do the same! From initial contact using their website to final contact with a human, the process is smooth & stress free. My first judgement on a company is do they have a website & how easy is it to use. My 2nd judgement is the first interaction with a person and my 3rd is: does what the website say match what the people are giving me. Yes Yes Yes for HomeRite! I still can't get over that it was one guy (Rj) who completed install of 5 windows in 2 days! I'm a super perfectionist so the first thing I looked at was the caulking lines. Smooth & near perfect - be fair.. no one is perfect! We had constant communication with the HomeRite team including Brittani & Jason. They double checked their measurements before install. We had a call on the first day of install asking how it was going. I really felt like we were their only customers. No one gives one on one attention like that anymore! Second day RJ called to let us know he was running behind. He said he expected to be here by 930am and was several minutes earlier than that. It's a delight having our new windows and screens in our home. I can open the windows with one finger, they tilt in for easy cleaning, and the screens are easy to take out as needed. Excellent team, excellent product! We'll be using them again!

I had to sit through a bunch of meaningless videos and at the end was hit with a $6700.00, yes you read that correctly, quote. I immediately laughed and told the salesperson I had other estimates which were NO WHERE NEAR theirs. He told me I get free tea and biscuits because the owner is from England, big whoop. He then proceeded to call his "boss" which was the owner of the company. The owner said they can cut 10% off. I laughed again and politely asked him to leave. What a dishonest company. I have no idea how they have any rating above a one. I received an estimate from Family Roofing of PA (717) 929-0385 for $1700.00 for the same exact seamless gutter replacement with the same warranty. I am truly insulted and offended that a company operates in this capacity. Absolutely shady pricing practices. First impressions mean everything and they blew it. I will continue to spread the word among family and friends to stay away from this company. I have no affiliation with Family Roofing of PA, but the representative Grant was very honest and straight forward which I value in a company.
