I was told I would have no interest and no payments for 6 months due to my wife being off work with our first baby on the way. When I received the early bill with the accrued interest, I called Josh and he talked about receiving my previous emails with no response. I was told he would call back when he could get my terms in front of him. It's been weeks... I was also sold "obscured" windows for our master bathroom that you can make out every detail of someone using the bathroom. No response to my concern. I paid extra for windows for the warranty and customer service I would receive after installation. This is non-existent so far. The installation crew was great, that's the only reason for the 2 stars. **UPDATE** Michael from Window Nation reached out and quickly resolved the loan issues. He even gave us better loan terms than what was promised when we were sold the windows. Thank you!

He said I guess you know we won't be making any money on this, could you possibly do 18 months. We said sure, we had just gotten a new roof and didn't want to pay for the windows in the same year so we would be paying it off before then any way. Our windows were failing and we jumped at the chance to replace them before the cold weather. Josh entered everything on his IPad and turned it over to us to e-sign. I think there was 13 pages of small print, which we did not take the time to read. Josh repeatedly told us of the 18 month no payments, no interest and nothing down. A few days later we got a notice from a finance company stating that we would need to make a payment within a few days. He told us that the payment was due the minute the window were installed. I called Josh and he said and I quote "My fat fingers hit the wrong button for your deal. I will take care of it right away." I told him, I do not want our credit to be ruined over this. He said no, no that is not going to happen, we are going to have a meeting and we will see that this gets straightened out. That is when he started ignoring us. We then called Mo Sharif. He said he would check into it. Meanwhile I am starting to feel like a deadbeat and decided to pay my first installment WITH interest! Be very wary of this company! We are now waiting for documentation of the window costs for tax purposes, promises have been made, I guess we will see.

Terrible measurement / installation, terrible customer service…read more Just replaced windows in August with Window Nation. Two of my new windows are about 1 inch too short for the frame likely due to a measurement mistake, and the gap is just stuffed with foam. According to ASTM E2112 and FGIA guidelines, manufacturers usually only allow a 1/2-inch rough opening (RO) clearance at the top and sides. After research, I was concerned not long after, this flawed installation will cause windows deformed (difficult to lift/open, will not lock, etc.) and the exterior caulking will be cracked allowing rainwater to seep in. After raising my concern to Window Nation, they sent someone out who just copied my photos instead of doing an actual inspection. They then closed my case without even notifying me. When I called back, they said my case was closed because the installation was "standard" and told me I'd have to pay out of pocket to fix it. They refused to transfer me to a supervisor or technical expert. Finally they said they let the installation manager know and he will call me to address my frustration, but I've been completely ghosted. Do not recommend.

Window Nation's specialized measurement team completely mis-measured my rough opening, delivering a window frame that is 4-1/4 inches short overall. To force this under-sized unit into the wall, their installation crew physically forced the frame, cracking and structurally gouging the vinyl casing, completely voiding the manufacturer's structural lifetime warranty. Furthermore, Window Nation corporate operations has admitted completely in writing that their crew actively dismantled and removed my home's existing structural under-window knee braces without ensuring the internal engineered cable support system was anchored. The heavy cantilevered bow projection was left hanging by only six non-structural screws spanning an un-shimmed 2-1/4 inch void per side into floating filler wood, causing the entire projection to sag and lean forward out of level. On-site testing with a professional framing square proves the frame is 1/4 inch out of square (double the manufacturer's 1/8-inch allowance). Long-wave infrared thermal imaging confirms a catastrophic building envelope failure pouring raw outdoor air into my living space. Along the roofline, the crew completely omitted mandatory perimeter metal drip edging and skipped the shingle starter course, used cosmetic window caulk extensively on the asphalt shingle, which voids the manufacturer's shingle warranty.
