Victor came out and conducted a garage attic inspection using a tall ladder ceiling hatch. He didn't enter the lighted attic but just did a visual inspection using a flashlight. After his inspection, Victor claimed one side of my roof needed an asphalt roofing patch. What he didn't tell me was that, five to six feet from his attic ladder inspection, was an extremely obvious water pipe leak that had created black fungus on nearby wood. So obvious you could easily view without a flashlight. So what we have here is deceiving a possible customer by telling him he has a roofing leak when, in reality, a plumber was needed to correct the interior water pipe leak. Thus, my one-star rating, which actually should be lower.

Landmark did an extensive assessment of the roof in Kensington, submitted a report to our insurance company, a few more steps and reports as well as video to present and our insurance company replaced our roof for free. We paid out of pocket for new gutters and facia but saved approx. $6,500 for a new roof. There work is seamless and end results are beautiful. Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped.
