WARNING: Please read before choosing this company I'm sharing my experience in hopes it helps other consumers make an informed decision. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. From the beginning, I did not feel I was given clear or forthright information. The installation process was especially concerning. The crew that showed up did not appear to be Window Nation employees, and the quality of the work reflected that. My installation took place on a weekend, by a team that had traveled in from another state, and the entire process felt unprofessional and disorganized. When I reached out with concerns--contacting both the Install Manager, Chad, and my Sales Rep, Josh--I never received a return call or email. I also wasn't able to reach anyone local who could help address the issues, which left me feeling completely unsupported. Pro: The windows were cheaper than Anderson. Reality: In my opinion, that "savings" wasn't worth it. The product quality and customer service I received did not meet expectations. By comparison, I've had Anderson install our front and patio doors, and their responsiveness has been excellent--I can still email or call my sales rep and immediately get support. So many lies from this company! The biggest is they claim all the installers are Window Nation employees....not true. The sales man stated I could claim the new energy efficient windows and doors on my taxes, we guess what I need an itemized bill as you are only able to claim the cost of the windows and doors, not the install. So I have called three times - keep being told they will have someone in the business office contact me you guessed it no return calls, emailed - won't give detailed bill, even tried the on-line chat no help there either. read more

Never have I had a company sign a contract, complete the work, and then ghost you afterwards. I emailed, called, and texted with no response. The financing I received was not the financing agreement I made with Josh the salesman. I was told I would have no interest and no payments for 6 months due to my wife being off work with our first baby on the way. When I received the early bill with the accrued interest, I called Josh and he talked about receiving my previous emails with no response. I was told he would call back when he could get my terms in front of him. It's been weeks... I was also sold "obscured" windows for our master bathroom that you can make out every detail of someone using the bathroom. No response to my concern. I paid extra for windows for the warranty and customer service I would receive after installation. This is non-existent so far. The installation crew was great, that's the only reason for the 2 stars. **UPDATE** Michael from Window Nation reached out and quickly resolved the loan issues. He even gave us better loan terms than what was promised when we were sold the windows. Thank you! read more

I had windows installed by them 2 years ago. They subtract their installations, and they damaged our quartz window sills. They punted us to the installers insurance, who have since ghosted us. Window Nation will not stand behind their installers work and make it right. They basically told me its not their problem. I contracted with you, not your installer! So, I would highly recommend not working with this company. If you have issues, you won't be taken care of. read more

Back in December 2023 I had 11 windows changed and Window Nation did a fantastic job. I love the windows. There was a little hiccup in the process but it was handled professionally by Nikki Peterson the office manager. I also received 100.00 gift certificate. Clearly, a major scam/hard pitch company. Do not use. I called to book an appt & left a message. I then went on Angi for window installers in the Harrisburg PA area & got an appt for 3 pm. Then beset with messages and calls with intrusive questions. Essentially, they are a hard sell company, want ALL of the owners of the property for 1 hour minimum. I thought hard selling didn't exist any longer. Especially when I can price the cost of windows online in a few minutes. Please DON'T waste your precious time unless you like being forced to make a decision on the spot. Hard selling should be outlawed. Barring that, I'm giving all window buyers a warning that if you just want someone to measure and price out windows, Window Nation isn't for you. read more

Update: Window Nation had me scheduled for repairs today between 8am and 5pm. After calling to verify the appointment, none showed up all day. I called the office and everyone is gone for the day. So, now I need to reschedule. Do NOT use this company. They may be cheap but their customer service is unacceptable! read more

Pros- windows are a good value. Cons- * Installation team did a horrible job installing the windows. They left gaps big enough for water to get into. *They did NOT caulk the windows on the whole second floor. *All of the capping has Big DENTS you could easily see from the road *The measured one window wrong in the front middle of the house so our exterior looked terrible. Then it took over 6 weeks to come in and then they day of the installation for the measured wrong window they said they couldn't find the window so they had to reschedule Again! *They used a crow bar to get the old windows out and destroyed my interior trim around the bay window. *Two months after initial install and I we are still waiting for them to come redo and fix all the installation issues. Nothing like paying thousands of dollars and having work that looks like it's done by a toddler. read more

I just had the worst customer service call ever in an attempt to reach a local store. The local number routed me to the national call center, who could not care less why i called. Also, i note on other reviews here on Yelp, the business owner has replied to call them at "please reach out to us at 866-217582" That's not even a whole phone number. First of all, these guys are very good to allure you and sign the contract. Once the contract is signed, they don't care anything. The salesperson came to my house within an hour or so after I filled up the online request. Since it was in the evening, we could not finalize the trim color of the windows. The guy who came to take the measurement took a note that we will change the color of the windows trim. That is where the nightmare started. Nobody from the window nation contacted. Then I began to call them. I called five times in the three-week span. I contacted the customer service, who said nobody from the local branch is responding. Then I called the salesperson who promised to answer all questions. I also contacted the local branch manager, who sent me an email right after singing the contract and promised to ensure five-star services. Then, I sent a reply to the branch manager's email. But all of my attempts went in vain. One of the customer service agents even refused to talk to me for not providing the email address although all of my other identities are verified. After three weeks, they contacted me and sent a new salesperson. The new salesperson was nice, and we finalized the trim color of the windows. But after singing the revised contract, he (the new salesperson) never communicated with me although he promised to do so and also promised me to share some information. In the whole process, no one told me that they will only order to manufacture the windows after receiving the HOA permission. So, the installation got delays than I was originally told. The irritating part was when installers came to install the windows without bringing the right color of windows trim. Luckily, I was at home in the morning before going to work and checked with them about the trim color. They did not even have the paperwork of the trim color, and brought the old paper, where the measurement guys had a note. So, the installers (who are good guys by the way) communicated and brought the right color. When I came back from the work, I saw they installed the right windows trim but installed a different handle for the patio door. The installer guy took a note and said that they will come and change the door handle. It's already more than a week and I have not heard anything from Window Nation. read more

Typical replacement window job. We needed to replace 11 windows. First, let me say the windows seem to be top notch and the installation was very professional and well done. The installation team did a great job and remained on site for almost an hour cleaning up in the dark afterwards. We are very pleased with the windows themselves and the actual installation work. What I was not happy about was their sales tactics. Extremely pushy, stereotypical salesperson and I feel somewhat untruthful about their product especially when compared to other products. For instance they claimed they are the only window company the embeds silver oxide in their glass but I later found comments online from someone who actually works in window glass manufacturing that stated the same glass goes to multiple companies. The sales person also claimed that if we didn't agree to buy that day he wouldn't get his commission. Sorry, not my problem, and I just don't believe that, nor did he remotely sound believable. Said the same thing about the price. Have to buy today to get the price. Really? That's BS. No company is going to later turn down my business if its conditional on honoring pricing they gave me previously. Price is another issue altogether. There is no way anybody buying windows from this company could possibly know if they were really getting the best price, since the longer you hold out the more they keep dropping the price. They also claimed they were running a buy one get one free, but based on the final price; there is no way that was true. In fact, in spite of the sales guy saying that was included in the price he did absolutely nothing to show that. All I have are bunch of figures scribbled on paper with no explanations beside any of them. This is typical sales tactic often employed by car salesman to sneek in costs and then later claim they told you by pointing to some number on a paper with zero context around it. The only reason we finally ended up buying was that I really liked the quality of the window itself and the price eventually got close enough to my budget that I could live with it. But obviously not everyone pays the same price. Anytime a sales guy is writing down prices on a piece of paper with no actual details, like detailed price per window etc., you know they are not being 100% honest with you. I worked in sales before and I know all the deceptive practices used to get you to buy in the heat of the moment and to pay the highest price you're willing to pay, and this guy used them all. At one point I came close to just telling him to leave, but I liked the window so much that I just sat there and said nothing and let him lower the price some more. In retrospect, I wish I would have kicked him out. Too polite for own good, I suppose. We never received any detailed pricing that actually showed the price per window as separate line items or the actual install cost per window, and as I said before, there was zero evidence that any BOGO pricing was in effect. If you're going to get a quote from these sharks, make sure you get quotes from other companies first, so you know how much you should be spending. While I am really happy about the quality of the windows and the work the install team did, I am still certain we could have gotten the same quality window cheaper elsewhere. After this sales call, there is nothing that this company could do to convince me that we didn't pay too much for these window. I just can't recommend this company based on their sales tactics. A company that sells a good product should not have to have different pricing based on who's buying the product that day and how good a con job the sales guy does. There should be the same set price for everyone based on just window size, style and features. read more

I started out having the salesman come here for an estimate. While the price seemed high, it was still a better deal than competitors in the area. It was a BOGO deal with zero% financing for 2 years! Wow! The salesman talked me into replacing two double hung windows with one very large slider! I jumped at that idea as it would afford me more light. Little did I know that this particular window came without a limit lock (where you leave the window open just so far for ventilation, but it doesn't allow for entry). This has to be the ONLY manufacturer that doesn't do this! AND, this window is at ground level. With its size, a 300lb intruder could easily get into my home!!!! Then, insult to injury....I DID NOT GET ZERO % FINANCING! So they LIE!!! Run, don't walk, from this company. Getting assistance is futile. No matter what number you dial, you get routed to a call center where the customer service reps cannot do a damn thing!!!!! read more

Do not bother getting a quote from this company. They will not come to you to meet. They expect you to buy a product that you never see or anything explain about that makes there product better then others or even worth buying. They expect you to buy from them without them reviewing there company or why you should buy from them. They want you to give them measurements. They don't come to you. They use what you tell them and satellites to give you price. Heck, most of my windows you can not see using a satellite. There whole sales system is, give them measurements, they use Google earth and how many windows. Then you get a quote. Quote for what? What kind of window? Single, double, triple, thickness, type of frame, gas, etc? They tell you nothing. Just buy blindly. That's there scam. Totally unacceptable. You can't even get a price for 4 windows and a price on 10 windows. You have to pick one. Total waste of time. How any company expects to sell something without demo it first is crazy stupid. Stay away and don't waste your time with Window Nation. read more

Salesman ok. After that....all downhill. Customer service sucks. Took 5 or 6 calls just to get a service guy to come and fix some installation issues. Was supposed to get a gift card for our troubles. That was almost 2 months ago. They said they will resend. I may get signs for my car that say Window Nation Sucks! That may get their attention.
