It was our first summer in this house which had a new roof, but it was not installed correctly. Robert inspected, and then showed me with a video he took that the roof around the electric roof vent leaked water when it was hot outside but rained (such as during thunderstorms) since it was summer, but the rain leaked into roof due to vibration. Robert showed me what was happening after he inspected it (he took video), then fixed it for a fair price. Now, 9 months later after last summer, fall and winter seasons, NO problems at all. Plus, Robert installed ridge vents, repaired broken the mortar in the chimney, fixed some other problems (he showed me everything by video first and then after he fixed everything), and sealed my driveway. He even helped me install an HD Antenna so i could cut the cable TV! He and his staff are great, prompt, polite, timely, and thoughtful. I was told I wouldn't need four or five pieces of wood replaced on my roof which I ended up not needing so they installed the shingles on my roof with the existing wood that was already there they put two inch downspouts on my gutters and I asked for 5 in downspouts the job was $14,000 turns out the finance charges $17,000. So I am paying $14,000 plus the $17,00 for a finance charge if I can't pay it within the year they took back the wood and said they didn't charge me for it it was just a complimentary in case I needed it. So it's $14,000 for something I could have went to home Depot and probably paid $300 for plus I'm going to have to pay the $17,000 finance charge if I can't pay it off within a year. I had the roof on a West Philly rowhouse I bought last February replaced. After going through a huge headache with another roofing company that was supposed to do my roof before the winter, I had to scramble in December to find a new roofer. I got at least 6 estimates. Roof Doctor was not the cheapest, but their price was reasonable and they did not just use Google images or drone pictures to assess my roof. Someone came out while I was at work and examined the roof. He called me while on top of my roof. He was one of two roofers that mentioned my porch roof needing replacement and that there was a lot of water damage to that portion of my house. For a little extra, he redid the main roof and the porch roof. They did the work quickly over two cold December days. He even called me asking if I wanted them to reconstruct part of the porch or just do the roof replacement. He said I could save money by fixing the roof now and waiting to do the more cosmetic reconstruction later on in my next round of home improvements. Their office person Willow was very responsive over email. The next rain, we noticed a leak. I emailed Willow and they came out that very day. They noticed some sealing work that had been overlooked and they fixed that. I haven't had any more problems so far and it has rained heavily three more times. I would highly recommend them.

Aspen did a pretty good job installing windows and siding, especially having done it in February…read moreand finishing in a snowstorm. The materials are of top quality and the workmanship is good overall. What I have found, like many others, is that when you ask for a quote, they're all over you like flies, but AFTER the job is done, you're met by silence. We had two issues - some bulging siding and a torn window screen. No matter what number we call, we get routed to an answering machine. Does it even record? Who knows? At any rate, no one ever calls back or stops by. We'll probably, also like others, end up having to take care of it ourselves.
