Your professionalism and presentation at the time of the estimate really went above and beyond the other roofing companies I contacted. While you weren't the cheapest it was your attention to detail that gave you the job. So when I started having problems recently I didn't hesitate to call your company again. My first contact with you also provided the same thorough and knowledgeable explanation and estimate. The fact that you still had pictures of my property to further explain my problem blew me away. Not only did I hire you for what you recommended but also two additional small jobs. I was touched that you even prayed with and for me during one of my calls when you knew I was experiencing difficult times. I did/do feel the co-ordination of all three recent jobs and lack of communication on your end frustrating. For every 5 calls and emails I sent you I may get a reply. I felt like I had to beg to get a call back. I even relayed my frustration to Derek and feel confident that he gave you my countless messages and you received my emails. Even when I sent in my deposit which wasn't acknowledged until I called you several more times I still gave you the benefit of the doubt. Now here we are, approximately 2 months past the most recent work, and about 5 months since I contacted you initially and still I'm unable to get a quote for yet another job that we discussed. More disturbing is that I left countless messages and emails asking if you just didn't want the job or were too busy just to reach out to me and let me know. Especially since you already have notes and time invested in yet another project for me. Until this recent ghosting I considered you my go to for roofing and capping work. I haven't even bothered to get other estimates. You have now replaced my roof and did three small jobs. Overall I spent thousands with your company and paid within a week of receiving your invoices, which were all sent out immediately. It's hard not to take it personally that you just dropped off the face of the earth and ceased all communication especially since another potential job is lingering. Are you overwhelmed and now embarrassed to admit that you dropped the ball? Do you have good intent but are busy with your missionary work? What I have found, like many others, is that when you ask for a quote, they're all over you like flies, but AFTER the job is done, you're met by silence. We had two issues - some bulging siding and a torn window screen. No matter what number we call, we get routed to an answering machine. Does it even record? Who knows? At any rate, no one ever calls back or stops by. We'll probably, also like others, end up having to take care of it ourselves.
