Due to a storm with high winds, quite a few of the old shingles on our roof were blown off…read more Together with old, rusted and clogged gutters and downspout, we determined that a new roof and gutters were needed. Fisher's proposal and estimate were cheaper than a competing roofer, so we went with Fisher's roofing. The company's crew arrived at 7 AM on July 1st and the work of removing the old shingles and installing new architectural shingles began. The complete re-roofing job along with the installation of new 5" gutters properly fitted and hung from screw-in hangers and a 2"x 3" downspout were done by the afternoon of the next day. The work crew were thorough and diligent and they thoroughly cleaned up the debris associated with taking off the old roof. We are very pleased with their work and the price was good as compared to the estimate that a competitor had given us. My wife and I highly recommend Fisher's roofing for their quality workmanship and old world work ethic.

I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. My parents hired a different contractor at first and ended up getting fired after 2 days on the job. We should have went with Munz from the beginning. They fixed everything the other group messed up and then completed the job that was intended. My parents had their cedar shake siding replaced with Hardie siding and their house looks brand new! Freddy, Dastan, and Talay were a great team. They worked so hard every day they were here and were meticulous in their work. They were so helpful with other things as well. A few times they would see me trying to lift something heavy and one of them came right over and said let me get that for you. Freddy was such a sweet guy in charge and if you ever needed anything you could always just give him a call. The guys cleaned up every day after they worked even when it started to rain on them which happened a few times. These guys were the best and we are so happy with the work they did.
