Two years after purchasing out home, we learned that we had to relocate to Florida for work. We knew people would fall in love with the house as much as we did and that it would be a quick sale. Boy, very wrong. The offers came in quickly however, the sale did not. I sit here writing this review a year from the time we initially listed our home. Our prospective buyers inspection repair list came in at a whooping $100,000 and included a request to complete an exterior remediation because they suspected the stucco remediation competed just two years prior was not done correctly. We refused to fix because there was no evidence there was an issue - it was just done and we hadn't had any issues! But because we were selling and wanted to do the right thing, we reached out to an architectural firm and got their opinion. Unfortunately, the bad news came back that we truly did have an issue and we would need to start the journey to remove the NEW siding and replace it, along with all 43 windows and a couple of doors. We reached out to the contractor who originally completed the work. Given the concerns, there was clearly an issue with the workmanship and it should be corrected. The contractor declined to come look at the home and started blaming the previous owners who contracted him for the job. After several weeks of back and forth trying to get the story straight, we knew we had to move on and try and find a reputable company to help with complete the repairs. I reached out to at least 5 different contractors to try and fix the problem. I would either get proposals for a bandaid fix because they knew we were selling the home or not get in contact with them at all after calling multiple times and leaving messages. This was also in the mist of the COVID-19 pandemic so contractors were busy and materials were starting to be scarce. It was a total nightmare. Thankfully I made a call to Glick's exteriors and Sam came out right away to assess the situation. Sam was able to identify the flashing issues and got to work. We had a variety of options to choose from with Certainteed and he did some hunting around to find quality windows and sliding glass doors within our budget. We replaced the lower tier siding with siding in modern colors that did the home justice. During the project, there were flashing issues identified with the hardscaping, we opted to fix the issues and the crew was also skilled to remove complete the job so we didn't have to hire another contractor and project manage schedules. Our home looks better now than the day we bought it people compliment us all the time on how it looks. Aside from the esthetic, the new windows now make it more energy efficient. It is like a 100 pound weight off our shoulders! The workmanship is beautiful. The crews are super professional; they arrive early, stay all day, show respect for our home and neighbors, and leave a small footprint. Sam, Scott and Chris are more than competent to handle stucco remediation and apparently failed remediations; they also don't try to sell you on repairs you don't need. Sam is a person of action - you call him, he calls you right back. You have a question or concern, he takes care of it right away. He made it as painless as possible, and is a very honest and humble guy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend Glick's Exteriors!

I have worked with two other contractors recently, and I can honestly say that they don't come even remotely close to the quality of work that Carlos and his crew provided. Carlos and Victor remodeled my entire bathroom, removing and reinstalling new tile, a vanity, mirror, light fixture, toilet and other bathroom accessories in addition to spackling and painting. From start to finish, Carlos demonstrated an extreme attention to detail and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done properly. He does not cut corners, and he takes the time to do things the right way even when it requires extra effort. For example, he noticed that my bathroom floor was not properly leveled, something that could have easily been overlooked or simply worked around. Instead, he took the time to correct the problem and make sure everything was properly leveled before continuing with the project. He even painted door trim outside of my bathroom to make sure it transitioned well with the bathroom, something that was not his responsibility. That level of care and thoroughness is exactly what you hope for in a contractor. The spackling and painting were absolutely immaculate. I have hired professional painters in the past who did not come close to the quality of the paint job Carlos delivered. Painting is 90% prep work: sanding and spackling. You can tell when a contractor understands the difference prep work makes, and Carlos and his group certainly does. Carlos and his crew were also kind, respectful, professional, and a pleasure to have working in my home. They were extremely conscientious about keeping everything clean throughout the project. In fact, I commented to my husband that my house looked cleaner after they left than it did before they started! Another thing that really stood out to me was the pricing. His prices are more than fair considering the quality of work, attention to detail, and level of care he provides. You TRULY feel that Carlos takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be completely satisfied with the finished product. It is VERY rare to find that these days. I could not be happier with the work C&N Construction LLC did for me. If you are are fussy about the details and looking for a contractor you can trust, who is meticulous, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, I would HIGHLY recommend Carlos and his crew. They exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely use them again for future projects.

The materials are of top quality and the workmanship is good overall. What I have found, like many others, is that when you ask for a quote, they're all over you like flies, but AFTER the job is done, you're met by silence. We had two issues - some bulging siding and a torn window screen. No matter what number we call, we get routed to an answering machine. Does it even record? Who knows? At any rate, no one ever calls back or stops by. We'll probably, also like others, end up having to take care of it ourselves.

The project consisted of replacing the roof, windows, siding, front door and building a portico. Our home was built in 1966 - so the windows and siding were original. The old windows were single pane and the siding was aluminum. In addition - part of the front of the home was brick. We absolutely couldn't be happier with how the renovation turned out. From start to finish the team at E&E was fantastic. Wallie worked with us through the estimate process. Alan was our project manager. Jason and his crew replaced the roof.
