After getting a few estimates on a gutter guard system, I contacted 3:16 Gutters, their name catching my attention as I am a believer and was hoping that a Christian business would allow me to avoid issues with shady contractors. Mike and his wife certainly did not disappoint. Mike gave​ me a solid ​quote for what I thought was a good product. 2 yrs ago we had 3:16 gutters come out to clean out gutters and had a great experience. This is the second time we used 3:16 gutters. This time we had 3:16 Gutters come out and replace both the front and back gutters. They were able to fit us in quickly since our back gutter became semi-detached from the house. I contacted them via their web page, explaining my problem. Within one minute of sending the email, they called me and we were able to set up an appointment two days later. Mike was fantastic, analyzing the problem and offering me several possible solutions. While he was working on the one gutter, he even partially re-shingled the slate tiles that had been blocking the gutter. His work went above and beyond and the price I paid was absolutely fair. Mike is an ethical contractor - if he tells you he needs something done, you can count on it. I think his Christian faith motivates him to do the best he can to glorify the God he serves. Sidenote - just because it's a Christian business doesn't mean he pushes his faith on you - he's there to do a job, like any other contractor. I was extremely disappointed! After a call, Mike promptly came out and provided a reasonable estimate. A week later I set a time for him to complete the services. I was happy to wait a few weeks for quality service at a reasonable price. Ha! He showed up on time but did not want to do the job. It was a fairly straightforward replacement of one stretch of gutter. He claimed it was "tricky" due to a small section of lattice work. I indicated that I would have preferred that information at the time of the bid. No other contractors mentioned any issues; in fact all said it was an easy job. Now I have wasted over a month while I could have moved forward with another contractor. This is unacceptable behavior for a professional and I would not recommend anyone contact 3:16 Gutters for work. read more

We had 3:16 Gutters out to power wash our house and are thrilled. They were prompt, friendly, and did an amazing job. Their pre- and post-job communication was excellent, and their rates very reasonable. The pre-job walk around did NOT include a hard-sell, as we unfortunately experienced with the power washing business we had used previously. I was looking for a local contractor to take care of my clogged gutters after a downpour last week showed that we had an issue. Having been burned in the past by bad contractors, I decided to do my research online and found one that had nearly universally good reviews. So I submitted a request on his website and received an email the next day to set up the appointment. Mike arrived right on time and took the time to look at all of my concerns before starting the job. He went above and beyond my expectations and alerted me to a problem with our metal gutter guards positioned in a way that could damage my roof. He fixed the problem on the 2nd floor by bending them inward into the gutter and after talking it over with me, removed the ones over our 1st floor in front of the driveway since those are easy to reach. He event took the time to apply a sealant to make sure we didnt have any water issues with our curved shingles. He also recommended but did not pressure us into agreeing to other improvements. His price was more than fair and I don't have any complaints. While I don't want to see a clogged gutter again any time soon, I'll definitely be calling Mike the next time I have issues. read more

The gutters were overflowing when it was raining and caused a leak into the house. We thought we could try to correct the problem ourselves and realized it was to much for us. I called 3:16 Gutters.
